The place is serviced by many buses such as 292, 384, 614, 113, 114, etc that connect to nearby train stations like: Edgware, Mill Hill Overground, Stanmore & Mill Hill East stations

Local shops, Bus stops and amenities are around the nearby Apex Corner which is a big roundabout/interchange of A1 going North, A41 and A5019. M1 runs below these roads. It's about 10mins walk away to the apartment. The nearest bus stop is at the junction of The Fairway on A1 which is 3mins walk away to the apartment. The buses are 292, 384 and 614. The nearest tube station is Edgware on Northern line. Stanmore on Jubilee line is about 2.5miles away. The nearest overground station is Mill Hill station. Other tube stations around are: Mill Hill East and High Barnet on Northern line.

PLEASE NOTE CAREFULLY:

There is no physical human operator on the premises but we can be reached by phone 24 hours. Any request is through Vrbo or by phone call or WhatsApp/text messaging.

Therefore, access to the flat is by the use of a Key safe. The code is only released to guests who have confirmed their reservation and sent all required documents that we request like the scanned copy of a govt issued photo ID like Passport or Driving Licence for the guest/guests. We don't accept a non-photo ID document. Failure or delay in providing the photo ID may cause delay sending the Code to the guest.

2. NUMBER OF PEOPLE PER ROOM:

The apartment can sleep a total number of 6 persons as follows:

Room 1:
Has a double bed and a double sofa bed. It can comfortably sleep a couple or siblings on the double bed and 1 or 2 more persons sharing the sofa bed. So on a budget, the room can be shared by 4 related persons.

Room 2:
Has a double bed. It can comfortably sleep a couple or siblings/friends sharing the double bed on a budget.

FINALLY:

1. By our Company Policy, we need copy(ies) of our guest's (and for each member of their team) Govt issued photo ID like Passport or Driving Licence before we can release the Code for the Key Safe. This is because the site is not physically manned. So it's self service and we need to verify all the guests/persons staying in our property for security, Health & Safety purposes.

2. Guests can book but MUST wait for approval from us first before proceeding to check in. This is because of the safety and security verifications and getting the property ready before guests check in.
