    Guests must choose before check-in a £30 damage waiver or £250 deposit (£1 reserved for 14 days). Payments are secured via Link Pay, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. We do not collect or store payment details.

    Standalone air conditioning units are provided in each bedroom & living room between 1st June - 1st September.

    We have one, actively recording camera overlooking the front entrance of the property and the rear entrance of the property which records video and audio. There is also a smart home device on the back of the property which actively records noise decibel levels. It does not record audio or video. All devices are on the exterior of the property.

This is an excellent place to stay. It’s very clean and so close to the Euston train station. Communication with the owners was excellent. They are on top of everything! Don’t hesitate, reserve it now.

This property is located in a quiet, but resourceful part of town. It is very close to the Euston station. Beautiful and clean!

Our stay was excellent. Kitchen was well appointed. Location was perfect. The street comes alive in the evening with friendly restaurants and a pub. The two 2nd level bedrooms are American queen sized beds so keep that in mind when considering your comfort. Plenty of storage in the single bunk room. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Would recommend this location.

Great space for a big group

We stayed here over Christmas with another family. There were 8 of us total. We loved our time here. The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms were all very clean and updated. We had everything we needed. And the hosts were very helpful - even putting up a Christmas tree just for us. (Thank you!) We love the neighborhood as well. Easy to get to a number of tube and train stations (Euston and Warren Street) and there are amazing restaurants just outside the door.
