The Space:

The property features a bright and welcoming lounge area with a large comfortable sofa and an additional two-seater couch, creating the perfect place to unwind after a busy day exploring London. A large dining table with seating for up to ten guests makes the space ideal for shared meals, celebrations, or group gatherings. To the rear of the property, guests can also enjoy a private garden area — perfect for relaxing outdoors during warmer days or enjoying a quiet morning coffee.



The home is thoughtfully laid out across multiple floors to comfortably accommodate larger groups. On the first floor, there is a bedroom featuring two single beds along with a convenient mini en-suite. Upstairs, guests will find three additional bedrooms. Two of the rooms each contain two comfortable double beds, providing generous sleeping arrangements for families and groups. The spacious master bedroom also features two double beds together with its own private toilet and shower area. In addition to the en-suite facilities, the property also benefits from a separate family bathroom and toilet, ensuring convenience and comfort for all guests during their stay.



The fully equipped kitchen has been prepared with everything needed for both short and long stays, including a fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, cookware, pots and pans, crockery, cutlery, and all essential appliances. Whether preparing breakfast before heading into Central London or enjoying dinner at home with family and friends, the kitchen is designed to feel practical and welcoming.



Located in a popular and well-connected part of North London, the home is close to Brent Cross Underground Station on the Northern Line, providing fast and direct access into Central London.
