Good apartment to use as a base with good transport links. It had everything we needed; mokka coffee pot, kettle, everything for cooking. Earplugs needed, as although on a lane, it's near the main road. Had to buy a bathmat, after a lengthy communication with Houst, as bath is v. slippy. Overall a good place to stay.
