Great place in a great location. Host met us on time and was extremely friendly. Located a block from Oxford Street and just a couple of blocks from Oxford Circus. Right next door to SoHo and a 15 minute walk to Chinatown and Leicester Square.

Host let us in earlier than the regular check in time which helped us immensely!The flat had all the amenities needed. The location was fantastic. Close to Oxford Circus tube stop.Many restaurants and shops nearby.

A number of things made this an excellent choice for us. Our sister was flying in from Canada and we managed to meet at Tottenham Court Station on the Elizabeth line platform. The apartment was 7 mins walk, Dalton was fabulous and a lovely meter and greeter.The flat was secure, location just north of Oxford Street and placed between 2 major underground stations. Lovely pubs/restaurants within minutes,The layout worked really well. The facilities are excellent. Very comfortable beds and lovely linen (matters to four old birds). Heating good (we were there in January). Very quiet inside the building.Two things I would improve: 1) the seating area needs to be upgraded so that four people can sit more comfortably; 2) should have recycling options

Had a wonderful time…super clean and spacious two bedroom/two bath apartment right in the heart of things yet on a quiet street free from any pub or bar noise. Oxford Street is literally a two minute walk (as is a full M&S food hall and market open until 11 so super great if you wanna grab any food to eat in). Bathrooms even have shelves behind the mirror cabinets so plenty of room to store toiletries and makeup without having stuff all over the bathroom. And TV is all set to go with BBC Interactive player and other apps as well!

Wonderful stay! Walking distance to British Museum, West End Theaters, Soho restaurants. Extra helpful at check-in. Everything was spotlessly clean. Fantastic location. We did not need assistance while we were there, but hosts remained available had we needed them!One word: the VRBO listing indicated this was in Covent Garden, but it is not. Pictures in ad accurately place it close to Oxford Street.Air conditioning works great. Well appointed kitchen. Luxurious towels! Quiet despite proximity to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend!

Everything was just as it should be: easy booking and communication, place was spotless, location was excellent, and it was nice and quiet. Everything worked and we have no complaints what-so-ever. I would definitely stay here if and when we return to London.

We had several issues at this place including:The shower in the flat flooded the flat below twice during our stay and we had angry neighbors banging on the door both early morning and late night while showering. We did notify the property manager and were told it was “fixed” after the first experience. It happened again the next day. Also the washing machine broke while we were doing a load of laundry. The property manager needed to replace the washer. Unfortunately we were stuck with wet laundry that was not clean and had to take it to the launderette. The property manager said we would be reimbursed. In fact we asked for a discount on our stay due to the issues we had. No discount given and I have yet to be reimbursed for the laundry. This was very disappointing all around.

Great location for shopping and seeing the sights of London. Easy access to tubes, trains and buses. Apartment is nice set up for parents and teenager. Couch springs are worn out and carpets need cleaned. Good access to a variety of restaurants, grocery and pharmacy.

Our stay was excellent! The location is awesome- close to many iconic places shops and restaurants. The apartment was super clean and is super comfortable for a family. the manager was extremely responsive and helpful at all times. We had a great time and fully recommend.

A clean and comfortable property in a quiet neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants and transportation. Communication with the property owner and manager was excellent. A few minor issues were addressed promptly. The property is as presented in the photos. I would definitely stay there again. Having Dalton meet us at the property and explaing everything was a definite plus.

We had a disappointing experience with this rental. Key issues included:•Unsafe key pickup: Checkin instructions directed us to retrieve the unit keys from a lockbox placed on a public park bench late at night—not secure or appropriate.•Unit did not match the listing:•Photos in the VRBO listing did not reflect the actual unit. Furnishings were of noticeably lower quality.•Insufficient sleeping arrangements. We are a family of five, including three teenagers. One of us had to sleep on a hard sofa without linens the first night. We reached out immediately for a solution but received no reply until nearly 10 hours later—long after the uncomfortable night had passed. The delayed message offered additional linens or a bed, but included no apology or acknowledgment of our earlier messages.•Appliances not functional. The washer/dryer combo did not dry clothes—an issue noted in previous reviews and still unresolved. The shower only worked at dangerously hot temperatures or not at all.•. Lack of responsiveness. After we requested a refund, the owner initially replied that he would get back to us “to reach a deal,” but then stopped responding entirely.Due to these issues, we chose not to stay the second night we had planned to stay. We cannot recommend this rental based on our experience.

This place is perfect. Absolutely perfect. We knew it was a a good location, but we had no idea how good it was. It’s literally a 2 minute walk to all the hustle and bustle Oxford Street, but inside the apartment it was quiet and we felt incredibly safe. (Honestly, we felt safe everywhere in London). HIGHLY recommend. I can’t believe how lucky we were to find this place.

Perfect! Highly recommend!

The location of this rental cannot be beat. It truly is central to everything. It is a super quick walk to the tube and a variety of bus lines, plus a ton of food, drink, and shopping options. It’s a quick trip to the grocery store and pharmacy. All of this convenience, and yet somehow it is magically set back far enough that it is quiet in the unit.Check-in with Dalton was extremely easy. The rental was clean and stocked with everything that we needed. All of the rooms have their own A/C control, which already makes this a standout among other rental options. This was a blessing, as we were there during a heatwave. There is plenty of room to spread out, and lots of privacy. Having two bathrooms was crutial for us to be on time for some early morning events.Everything in the listing is accurate, and I would say it was even better than described. I would not hesitate to recommend this rental. We would 100% stay here again if we ever find ourselves back in London.

Quiet but needs improvement

Very quiet apartment with a lot of space however—- beds and couch not comfortable. Primary bath exhaust fan not effective and shower makes walls sweat and sets off fire alarm. Kitchen lacking cutting board and a decent coffee pot. Requiresin person check in through Dalton whose was great but still not real convenient No top sheet on beds and comforter sheets and pillows not clean. Shower drain in primary does not drain properly. Carpets worn and dirty. Washer dryer needs repair as dryer function not functional
