Great hotel: modern, great breakfast and spa services. The executive double room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. The view from the room was also very nice. The only negative point was the elevator, there was only one and it was very busy all the time so it took us some time to go through the different floors.

Bien ubicada cerca de dos importantes estaciones del metro. Hotel moderno. Nuestro cuarto fue muy agradable y de muy buen tamaño, buena luz y buena cama. Amables. Tiene una linda alberca que no tuvimos tiempo de usar, pero es una gran opción al igual que su gimnasio.

Todo maravilloso, hemos estado varias veces en Londres, y de lo mejor que hemos estado hasta ahora. Muy limpio todo y buenas comunicación con tren y bus. Tuvimos un pequeño incidente y en seguida nos lo solucionaron sin ningún problema.

Esta bien ubicada el único problema son los elevadores pero no es la gran cosa me imagino que han estado dando mantenimiento el desayuno espectacular vale la pena

El ambiente en el bar del hotel es excelente, son muy lentos para servir, pero amables en general No hablan español, pero bueno, en Londres casi nadie hace un poco de esfuerzo para entender nuestro idioma

Hemos estado 5 días y el trato ha sido muy bueno. Las instalaciones son muy buenas, no tenemos ni una queja. Teníamos el desayuno incluido y el buffet era muy bueno, lo único malo es que cada día era la misma comida y no había variedad y llegaba un punto que se te hacia repetitivo comer lo mismo, pero la comida en si estaba muy buena.

No me gusto: 1. No funcionaba aire acondicionado, mucho calor por las noches no pude dormir. 2. Limpieza del baño, del WC en particular muy sucio. 3. Servicio de limpieza la 1era noche muy bien. El resto de las noches pésimo y no me dejaron aguas únicamente el 1er día.

Mejor sitio de Londres
El hotel es increíble. Las habitaciones son enormes, el baño tiene ducha y bañera por separado, las camas son tan cómodas que me la quería llevar a mi casa! La piscina es preciosa, el jacuzzi gigante, y el resto de las instalaciones del spa maravillosas. El personal es atento y amable.

The hotel was clean and safe. The front desk attendant did not consider our VIP membership with Expedia. Front desk attendants gave us conflicting information. The spa booking desk was very unorganized and unprofessional. We spend over $400 at the spa for them to book our brunch at the wrong time and not provide any information essential for the treatments. The front desk at the spa also lost our room key.
