Mi habitación en el hotel era básica pero muy limpia, el baño tambien limpio pero el lavabo pequeño. Cuando llegué no me alojaron en el edificio principal sino en un anexo en la misma calle a menos de 5 min. El desayuno no es buffet pero dan a elegir y estaba bueno. El wifi perfecto

No es lo que parece
El cuarto no tenía nada que ver con las fotos publicadas en la página, se veía un cuarto espacioso con dos camas matrimoniales, así fue como reserve, y cuando llegue al hotel, era un cuarto muy pequeño, con 2 camas individuales y 1 litera, con espacios de aproximadamente 50 centímetros entre camas, de verdad era muy pequeño, no había ni espacio para abrir las maletas. La regadera del baño era muy pequeña y se tapaba. Pedí cambio de cuarto pero no me lo asignaron. Lo único bueno fue el desayuno.

Guests however, can request to be allocated a particular beds distribution. We always try our best to satisfy these requests.

Un hotel para una noche
El hotel es viejo e incomodo, pero esta situado en una buena zona y con acceso al metro en 10 minutos andando. El personal es muy amable (todos extranjeros) y la atención muy buena. Solo hay WiFi de pago (una mala costumbre en Inglaterra, donde el hotel gana un porcentaje de la venta del WiFi). El edificio en viejo pero en buen estado.

Excelente opción
Excelente opción para estancias turísticas, relativamente cerca de Paddington Station, a donde llega el tren de Heathrow. Para moverse en la ciudad, se encuentra a un par de cuadras de las estaciones Bayswater, Queensway y Royal Oak del metro. Los cuartos cuentan con lo necesario y el desayuno es útil y bien organizado, lo único que mejoraría sería el servicio de limpieza del baño, ya que es pequeño y se moja con mucha facilidad.

Positives: Good value at £120 with my discount for 2 nights including breakfast. Free coffee machine a nice touch in the lounge. Small but clean shower barhroom. Negatives: Attitude of one of the breakfast staff, I arrived at 925am, 5 minutes before breakfast orders finish, she said we are closed now, I said surely not, it's not 930am yet Then she said ok. I think she expected me to turn around and leave. Hair in pony tail. Was pretty unfriendly the first morning as well. The breakfast staff, all behave llike they resent their job and the guests. Time to recruit some customer service professionals as they let the hotel down badly. Room was very narrow, couldnt open my suitcase without taking up the route to the bathroom. Room was a "Superior double." Reception staff say it's not their job to help guests get their luggage upstairs. There isnt a lift.

Dear SimonThanks for taking the time for writing this review.Sincere apologies for the issue at breakfast. Our staff should have not behaved this way. Regarding the room, you booked a "small" superior double not a superior double. The superior double is more spacious and it costs a mere 10.00-15.00 more.In future you could opt for this choice.We do not have a lift and it is not advertised anywhere. Porterage is provided by higher categories hotel not by the 2* ones. If guest have mobility issues can contact us and subject to availability, we always try to keep these guests as low as possible.Best wishes

You can help yourself to free tea, coffees and hot chocolate at any time.Our continental breakfast is free and varied. You can chose from cereal to yogurt, from toast with cheese or jam and butter and fruits plus coffee e, tea and juices. You also have the option to pay a bit extra for a full English breakfast.Best wishes

Confort simple et efficace. La chambre était propre et confortable. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de bouilloire dans les chambres et quelques sachets de thés n'auraient pas été pour nous déplaire. L'hôtel est bien situé avec les transports à proximité. Le petit déjeuner est très bien, surtout les toasts aux oeufs-mayonnaise 😃. Le personnel est très agréable. Nous pourrions revenir sans hésitation. Seul bémol : les serviettes de bain n'était pas toutes très propres malgré le lavage.

Das Zimmer war so klein, dass man sich kaum bewegen konnte. Die Bettdecken waren nicht sauber. Haare waren ebenfalls zu sehen sowohl im Bad als auch auf der Bettwäsche Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und würde es auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen

Our superior rooms, which we are constantly upgrading, do offer more space for around 15 more per night than a standard room, so we would recommend these for your next stay, which we hope will be soon.Best wishes

Værelset var rent men skrabet. Morgenmaden var ok. Sengene var dårlige, man kunne mærke fjedrene gennem madrasserne.
