So many problems. Double charged reservation fee and still waiting on resolution with my visa company/refund from Vrbo/host. Wrong address provided for the apartment within the vrbo app. (It is not at coltman house near the cutty sark as listed in vrbo and instead is just west of deptford creek on the thames) This was a huge hassle as we were moving our daughter for graduate school with loads of luggage and had just arrived by taxi from Heathrow. Requested early checkin 1 week before arrival which didn't go well due to address issues and poor communication etc. Never received welcome email with check in/check out instructions, house rules etc. wifi didn't work for 3 days. Kitchen is not fully stocked as advertised and only has butter knives. Requested chef knife and bread knife and was told to purchase my own and provide receipt for reimbursement. Host defers all concerns to amanda via WhatsApp and she does not respond and host was only responsive after vrbo became involved. Checkout time was 10am but host requested i hand deliver the keys to the cleaning personal at 10:30 am which was not a possibility as we had an early departure planned. Such a pity as the apartment is cute and the location good.
