Ingresso non possibile. Numero telefonico inesistente. 2 scarafaggi in camera. Finestra aperta per un millimetro! (C'era un ferro che ne bloccava l'apertura) Ragazze in giro col tanga e mezze nude che urlano e schiamazzano fino alle 4 di notte con musica a tutto volume nell'ostello facendo entrare in camera ragazzi dall'esterno della struttura per festini molto dubbi di notte (ho dovuto gridare per il silenzio nei corridoi durante la notte) Asciugamani doccia ? 2 x 3 notti....1 delle due non usata perché macchiata di rosso Le prese della corrente NON FUNZIONANO: il cellulare l'ho caricato nei bar di giorno. Ambiente chiassoso e molto molto volgare, senza senso di pudore e senza alcun rispetto per ospiti. Pulizia ZERO. Water eternamente pieni di carta igienica....confesso di aver dovuto fare pipì per strada...tanto lo schifo di quei bagni....Reception? Inesistente! Puzza nauseabonda in camera con finestra bloccata.... ....DEVO CONTINUARE? E HANNO IL VERGOGNOSO CORAGGIO DI PRENDERE ADDIRITFURA UNA CAUZIONE!!!!!!......RIDICOLO.... MEGLIO FERMARSI QUI.... UNA ESPERIENZA SCHIFOSA....UN OSTELLO VERGOGNOSO....LO SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE VORREI CHIEDERE IL RIMBORSO MA LASCIO PERDERE MI ACCONTENTO DI SCONSIGLIARLO A TUTTI E DI NON ANDARCI MAI PIÙ !!!!!!!!!

Spacious and had what u need. Only bad thing was we wanted to check in our bags earlier but the number we had been giving didn’t work, we managed to get hold of someone in the end but should make sure contact details are up to date.

Booking was canceled and no 1 bothered to send email. Was at the hotel and had to find this out on a day and spot of arriving there. Never would i choose them again

VERY basic and bad access (given the wrong code)

I expected basic but didn't expect t to be quite so basic. When I first got there I wasn't sure it was the right place as it's a very run down 70's block, completely overgrown and no signs at all to indicate it is the right location or even a street number. Once I finally got into the building I couldn't access the lock box to get the key for my room. Spoke to customer service and they were adamant I had been given the correct code but it was not working. They even tried blaming me for not being able to use a simple lock box. I spoke to several customer advisers and supervisors on different occasions when they kept hanging up on me so I had to keep calling back and all of them were adamant I was at fault and were quite rude about it. They said they would send someone to look but couldn't give me any idea of how long that would take. In the mean time I was trying all different options to get into the lock box and by pure luck I tried the 4 digit code I was given but reversed it and it worked. No idea how 4 different people managed to read the code to me backwards but luckily I got in just in time to shower and meet up with friends as planned. The room was clean enough but incredibly basic, the bed is so noisy it woke me up through the night whenever I moved in my sleep and the shower room is more like a tiny wardrobe and the water did not drain away the 2 nights I was there. Also, there was only cold water from the shower and only boiling hot water from the taps, incredibly.

Avoid this

The place became sketchy as soon as we got to the building. There was a mother and a daughter who were not able to get in to their room and they were complaining about the place. The room was not picture perfect at all. The walls were filled with dirt, the roof had mold on it and the whole place was disgusting. The only clean thing there were probably the sheets and oh yes there were spiders on the wall. Me and my friend were there for half an hour and we found a new clean and a safe place near the center for an affordable price. I would not recommend this place to anyone, except for the ones who enjoy haunted houses.

Didn’t get to the property, booking was apparently lost between Expedia and the property. Spent over 3 hours in total trying to sort problem out which resulted in changing hotels, the property owners were rude, unhelpful. Stay away!

Disgusting

Showers was broken no one came to change our towels for the whole week my wash powder was used I have nothing left my food was eaten there was piss all over the floor in the bathroom and the toilet room "fire foors" aha they dont even close to that's not a fire door the bed was so uncomfortable and creeked with every little move for the money paid it was terrible I would have paid £50 for a week in the last place

Awful experience

On arrival our lockbox code to retrieve the key had been changed so we couldn't enter the room. We tried contacting the number provided on Hotel.com however this phone was never answered. After a few hours a cleaner came and was able to phone someone who gave us the code. Several other people had this issue whilst we were there. One couple waited outside for 8 hours and then decided to look for alternative accommodation. We met so many frustrated guests. Outside of the hotel was full of litter. The toilet couldn't flush so we got a bucket and threw water into the bowl after usage. The roll of toilet paper finished after 3 days and wasn't replenished. The kitchen was nasty. I think that dishes are washed weekly. A dishwasher would be a great investment. The wifi only works if you stand right next to the router. It would have been nice if there was a welcome email giving guests guidance re where to find the router, how to call for help eg if dishwashing liquid or toilet paper was needed. On a couple occasions items got stolen from the fridge. The wires in the mattress on the bed were protruding. The fire door to the kitchen banged each time it was closed. Eventually someone wedged it open which of course is a risk. This is not the type of property that I expected to find on Hotels.com. We left the accommodation earlier than planned because enough was enough!
