La habitación perfecta. Muy bonita, practica y espaciosa. Nada de ruidos del exterior. Lo único que no me gusto es que me retuvieron el coste y en vez de cobrarse de ahí una vez en el hotel me hicieron volver a pagar de nuevo, lo que no me parece correcto.

Very nice people, excellent food down stairs, a bit too hot! ; ). Modern design and great bathroom. A bit noisy 'till 11 because of the bar's music, nothing crazy

En la segunda vez que nos alojamos la limpieza de la habitación era deficiente. Tuvimos que solicitar el cambio de sábanas y toallas ya que no estaban limpias. Para que te atiendan en recepción tienes que ir al público a pedir que vaya alguien y a veces tardan si tienen clientes.

La noche de los 4 en una habitación
Fuimos un grupo de 4 amigos, dos parejas, a alojarnos una noche en este hotel. Llegamos y no había nadie en recepción. Después de esperar 10 mins dimos una vuelta y por fin les encontramos para poder hacer el checkin. Aunque habíamos tardado, un día que íbamos con prisa, teníamos buenas esperanzas del hotel. Volvimos a las 9 de la noche, otra vez no había nadie en la recepción, algo que me daba la sensación de baja seguridad. Bajamos al bar a tomar unas pintas de donde nos echaron una hora más tarde debido a una fiesta privada que iban a tener. Tenían la musica a tope. De tal modo que vibraban el techo, el suelo, la cama. Era imposible estar ni 5 minutos en la habitación de nuestros compañeros. Se lo dijimos al encargado del hotel, que no sólo hizo nada, pero sencillamente dijo que se iba a poner peor. A las 2 de la mañana, tuvimos que llevar su colchón a nuestra habitación que se oía menos por lo menos, por el dolor de cabeza que producía la música y las vibraciones que causaba. En nuestra habitación no llegaba el WiFi, pero aunque se oía bastante la música, no vibraba el suelo y logramos descansar un rato. A las 10 de la mañana seguía la musica, a tope y nos informan que el checkout es a las 11, que nos causó a la sensación de que no les importa los clientes. En conclusión, aunque parecía estar limpio el hotel, no volviera a alojarme aquí jamás ya que hay hoteles mejores a 5 minutos donde se puede descansar y no causar dolores de cabeza y que traten mejor a los clientes

Bed bugs
The hotel and staff where nice. But unfortunately the beds was not clean. As i got bitten by bed bugs. And ended spending tye next day at A &E as i had a reaction and my face swelled up. Did inform the staff there was apologies and the moved me to another room. But i ended up checking out 1 day early as the room i got moved to. When looking at bed sheets i could see someone else hair

Overall good, mainly two issues. Firstly, I booked my stay on Friday which unfortunately coincided with DJ night, therefore, couldn’t get a sleep till late as the music was loud and speakers vibrations rippled through the room. Second no fridge in the room.

Would recommend
No one available at check in. Only one key to the room given despite 2 of us staying. This hotel doesn't offer breakfast. Issue with the thermostat in the shower. Really clean room. Very comfortbale beds. Minor issues with shower and lack of pillows dealt with very promptly and with no fuss. Very close to wembley and facilities. Would stay again, just advise anyone who wishes to stay to plan ahead for breakfast.

Everything Okk but the problem is that if you need anything For anything you want nobody is there. There is no shampoo or no extra facilities there as per the price excellent but they need to improve as well the room facilities

I was apprehensive on the approach as the area looked run down. However the property was surrounded by a well kept gated area. It was clean and the room was adequate for a over night stop after a show at the OVO, which was very walkable. There are no tea and coffee facilities in the room but there is a 24hr station at the reception for tea and coffee. It was unclear if the water in the room was drinkable so we opted to get some bottled water. The bathroom was very clean. I would definitely book again and recommend

Basic but good accommodation above a pub a stones throw from Wembley Stadium. Room was warm, bed comfortable and all clean. Lovely big TV in the room but no kettle or hairdryer. However hot / cold water and tea coffee making facilities in communal area. Being above a pub I imagine it could be noisy on a Friday night / weekend but I stayed mid week and it was pleasantly quiet. Overall better than I expected and I would stay there again.

Stayed here to avoid travelling back after the football, no complaints. It can be noisy but it's nothing unexpected for a pub/hotel. It was a Tuesday night and the music didn't go on late. Great location of using Wembley Stadium, Arena or LDO shopping

Don’t stay here.
The area around the hotel is not safe. While there is security, there were multiple drug deals happening in the outdoor restaurant. The staff had to push and force locals outside the gated area. It’s a poor area which is unsafe. When we asked for a refund, we were told the manager was ‘partying” and unavailable.

The staff that work here were extremely kind and helpful and there are great places to eat near by that you can easily walk to! They even offered to help me take my luggage up and down the stairs! Highly recommend!

Honest review
We arrived on a Friday, the music downstairs went on until 1.00am, there was no way to block it out unfortunately, so it was hard to sleep. The TV in the room had no signal, so we had to use our phones to watch anything. There was only 2 fairly flat pillows. No one was at reception, so we couldn’t request any more pillows or ask about the tv. Excellent place for the stadium, pub downstairs and restaurant were top notch and the downstairs staff were very polite. Could do with access to a hairdryer. Spotlessly clean

No one was at reception when I arrived and I waited for 20 minutes then had to go find someone in the pub downstairs as I arrived at 3.15 and needed to get ready for an event at the stadium.

Great for the price
The hotel is better than you would expect for the price. It’s really clean and good modern decor. The main thing is it’s above a bar and there is music on a Friday night. I wanted to have quiet so I was kindly upgraded for free to a better room which was a bit further from the bar. No kettle in the rooms tho - you have to go to reception to use the water machine there.

We had to quickly find a hotel for the night when most of London was booked. Our flight was late and we missed a connecting flight. It was further from London (expensive taxi rides)than we wanted but they had a room. Had to get back to the airport, so we left at 5 in the morning. The shower water was really hot. Minimal accommodations but the price was right for a very short stay. Attendents were great!

If COVID was not a thing it would of been ok
Customer service was welcoming, but that was the highest point. The bed felt uncomfortable, bedframe was sticking, the hygiene was don't enough a thing. It felt like the bed sheets (which had a plastic tag thing on the inside) and towels things updated from the previous guest but then the towels were looking quite tired. I would attach photos but it doesn't seem to let me upload

Great location for Wembley. Over a pub , we were lucky as it was fairly quiet , though probably on disco nights it could be noisy as window opened as room so hot! Bed was very hard and only one thin pillow. Tea/ coffee facilities in corridor. Newly decorated.

I was given a room that was opposite room that had some kind of machinery apparently to do with a boiler that was going on and off constantly all night without any pause. Hotel could do nothing about it even when I said the room was not fit for purpose. Total waste of money.
