    The space
    This comfortable Victorian flat has some original features, high ceilings, a decorative (unused) fireplace and wooden floors throughout the majority of the property. It is much loved and homely in feel, with character.

    The flat is on the ground floor (street level) of a shared converted Victorian building.

    Light and well-equipped Kitchen with oven
    Open plan Dining room and comfortable Sitting room area.
    Garden area to the back of the flat.

    The bedroom is spacious and comfortable with a double-size bed. The bed is situated against the wall along one side to allow more floor space. The bed is only accessible from one side of the bed. There is ample storage space for clothing and belongings with large fitted wardrobes. There is a free standing full-length mirror. There is a large window that allows light to flood in. There are white shutters on this window. There is a ceiling lamp for lighting. This bedroom is located at the front of the property overlooking the street. There is a desk and chair available in this room for those wishing to work or study during their stay.

    The shower room is well-sized with shower, basin, with mirrored cabinet above, WC and towel rail. There is a small shelving unit on the back of the WC.

    The equipped kitchen includes an oven with electric hob, fridge-with small top shelf freezer compartment, kettle, and toaster. There is also a washer-dryer machine discreetly located behind the fitted cabinet units. There is adequate wooden surface space to prepare meals.

    In the light, airy and generous-sized sitting room/dining room is a TV, sofa with cushions, an armchair, a white wooden coffee table and a wooden dining room table with two chairs.

    Some free on-street parking is available both on the road the flat is located on and within adjoining roads. Parking spaces are subject to availability. Please avoid parking in any spaces marked as private property. Please note that the driveway is not available to be used for guest parking as this is owned and frequently used by a neighbour.

    Please note that the apartment is within the Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) and charges may apply for drivers.

    The home is professionally cleaned and the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. Each guest will receive one hand towel and one shower towel for the stay.

    There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a 24 hour Morrisons convenience store a 10 minute walk away on Brownhill Rd, London SE6 1AT

    As the building is split into separate apartments there is a shared main building entrance door.
    Please respect my neighbours by being considerate when using this shared area and when staying at the flat by keeping noise to a minimum. No amplified sound systems please.

    Guest access
    You will have access to the entire apartment during your stay. I won't be around in person, however, a remote self check-in gives flexibility for arrivals, after 3pm. My property management company, Pass the Keys®, is on hand to provide 24/7 guest support should you need any assistance before, during or after your stay.

The property is professionally maintained and cleaned, and professionally cleaned linens and toiletries are guaranteed. 24/7 guest support is also available before and during your stay.

    The local community-based Pass the Keys® team personally inspects the property and certifies the home has met Pass the Keys® Property Readiness Standard.

    Please note -Check-in time is after 3 pm and check-out time is before 11 am.

    Please respect my neighbors by keeping the noise down. No loud noise after 10 pm. Strictly no parties!

    No smoking/vaping allowed anywhere in the building, please.

    Please respect my home and leave shoes in the hallway of the flat. Please use the table mats, coasters, and heatproof mats to protect my furniture and work surfaces. Please wipe away any water from the wooden kitchen surfaces and please do not leave damp tea towels on the wooden surfaces to ensure that the kitchen surfaces are not damaged.

    Please switch off all lights and electrical equipment when not in use or when leaving the property.

    For every stay longer than 14 days there will be linen changes required (on the 14th day, 28th day 42nd day, etc).

    When leaving the property please make sure you close all windows and close the flat door securely. Please ensure that you have the flat keys with you at all times when stepping out of the flat as when the door closes it locks.

    Please ensure that the shared, main building door closes after you when you exit the building to help keep my neighbors and the building safe and secure. Please keep noise to a minimum, especially when entering and exiting the building.

    Please note there is a £100 charge for lost keys due to required lock replacement, so please be careful with them.

    IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

    The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

    Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
