  • Large four-bedroom Victorian terrace house featuring open plan basement kitchen with bifold doors out to a private garden. Located in popular Camberwell SE5 London with fantastic bus links into Central London.

    15 min bus journey to nearest Station Denmark Hill, for overground train services to Central London or 17 min bus journey to Elephant&Castle Underground Station for Northern and Bakerloo Tube lines.

    A wonderful family home in a central location for up to 8 Guests to enjoy!
    The space
    This large, four-bedroom house is situated in the central and vibrant area of Camberwell SE5 London.

    Located over 4 (four) floors, this beautiful London house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 (eight) guests. The smoke-free property features a living room, four bedrooms, one bathroom, two shower rooms, a basement, open-plan kitchen and dining room area, dedicated work space with desk and chair, and a private garden area.

    On the basement level, there is a large, open plan sitting room, dining room and kitchen area with sofa, Smart TV (personal log ins required to access Apps), a dining table, with 4 wooden chairs and long wooden carved bench seat. A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and all cooking utensils needed for preparing a quick snack or an evening meal. This is the heart of the home and a great social space. There are bi-fold doors leading out to the private outdoor garden area. Also located on this basement floor is a bedroom with a Double bed (see details below), a shower room with shower, basin and WC and a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and double basin for Guest use.

    On the ground floor level, there is a living room area, with large comfortable sofa, 2 armchairs, coffee tables and a further Smart TV (personal log ins required to access Apps),. There and some reading materials and games, including a free-standing football table game. Also on this level is a study area with a wooden desk and chair for Guests to use if choosing to work or study during the stay.

    On the first floor there are 2 (two) further bedroom (see details below) and the family bathroom which is equipped with a freestanding bathtub, shower with waterfall head, basin and WC.

    On the top (loft) level of the house is the final, fourth bedroom, with an en-suite shower room (see details below).

    To make the property feel like a home-away-from-home, there is complimentary WiFi, a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, and some games available for Guests to use including a freestanding football table game, located in the ground floor living room area.

    BEDROOM DETAILS
    Bedroom 1 - Located on the top floor - This spacious loft bedroom, with en-suite shower room, has a Queen-size bed, bedside tables and a bedside lamp. There is a small chest of drawers for some folded items to be stored or a wardrobe on the landing with space for hanging clothes.

    Bedroom 2 - Located on the first floor, at the back of the house, this room has a Queen-sized bed, wardrobes on both sides of the bed, a chest of drawers and a wooden chair.

    Bedroom 3 - Also located on the first floor, at the front of the house, overlooking the street, this room has a Double bed, wardrobes on both sides of the bed and a wooden chair. There is a vibrant World map mural above the bed, perfect for children to enjoy!

    Bedroom 4 - Located at basement level, at the front of the house, overlooking the street, this room has a Double bed, small storage cupboard and a small chest of drawers. There is a barrel bedside table, bedside lamp and a wall-mounted, full-length mirror. Please note that from this room the street bins can be seen but there is a roller blind which can be pulled down if preferred.

    PARKING
    There is some limited free on-street parking available between 6.30pm -8 am on the road that the house is located on. During the day, these parking spaces are for permit holders only. There may be some parking spaces on adjoining roads during the 8am-6.30pm period but these are likely to be chargeable. Please check parking signs for payment telephone line and instructions (card payment required). Please note that parking spaces are subject to availability.

    CLEANING AND LINEN
    The apartment is professionally cleaned and sanitized and the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. Each guest will receive one hand towel and one shower towel for the stay.

    GOOD TO KNOW
    There will be some complimentary tea and coffee, as well as travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll, and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a convenience store - Costcutter located at Costcutter, 169 Camberwell Rd, London SE5 0HB, which is approximately a 4minute walk from the house. Alternatively, for larger Supermarket option there is a Sainsbury's local located at 170 Camberwell Rd, London SE5 0EE, which is open daily 7am - 11pm and is a 5minute walk from the house.
    The house is located within the London Ultra Low Emissions Zone (ULEZ) and charges may apply for drivers.
    Guest access
    Guests will have access to the entire house during their stay aside from some locked cupboards containing some of the owner's belongings. There will still be ample storage space for Guests to use during the stay.

    Remote self-check-in gives flexibility for arrivals, after 4pm.

    The property management company Pass the Keys® will manage our home to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Interactions are contactless, however, should you require assistance before or during your stay Pass the Keys® 24/7 guest support and local team will be happy to assist.
    Other things to note
    The basement shower room is located under the stairs and the WC therefore has a lower-than-usual head height so please mind your head when using this WC.

    This is a non-smoking property, including the garden area.

    This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate parties.

    Guests are requested to please respect this much-loved family home and treat it with the same care as guests would their own home.

    Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
