  • Set in the leafy neighbourhood of Holland Park, this cosy three-bedroom apartment offers a comfortable and characterful base in one of West London’s most desirable areas. Warm, welcoming and thoughtfully arranged, it provides practical accommodation for families, friends or longer stays who want to be well connected while enjoying a village-like setting.

    The apartment is arranged across a single floor and can accommodate up to eight guests. There are a few small internal steps separating the hallway from the main living area, adding subtle levels within the layout. The property features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, both fitted with showers. The principal bedroom includes a double bed and benefits from an en suite bathroom. The second bedroom at the front of the property offers a double bed and a single bed, sleeping up to three guests. The third bedroom provides a single bed suitable for a child or an adult of shorter height. In addition, the living room includes a versatile day bed sofa that can be used as a single bed or extended into a king size bed for two guests.

    The living and dining area is separate from the kitchenette, which sits behind its own door. The main space is cosy and full of personality, with layered textures, warm earthy tones and artwork that give the apartment a homely feel. A large mirror helps reflect natural light, while soft furnishings add comfort and warmth. Seating is arranged around a breakfast bar with space for four guests, and a foldaway dining table with chairs stored neatly on the wall can be set up for larger groups or more formal meals. The kitchenette is compact, simple and functional, suited to preparing light meals during your stay. It includes an oven, electric hob and essential cookware, offering practicality rather than high-end finishes. Please note that there is no microwave. The fridge and freezer are conveniently located in a hallway cupboard just outside the kitchenette, keeping the main space uncluttered while still easily accessible.

    Holland Park is known for its beautiful period architecture, tree-lined streets and relaxed atmosphere. The park itself is just moments away, offering woodland walks, open green spaces and the peaceful Kyoto Garden. Kensington High Street is nearby for shopping, while Notting Hill and Westbourne Grove are within easy reach, known for colourful townhouses, independent boutiques and cafés. Dining options in the area are excellent, including The Belvedere within Holland Park, The Ladbroke Arms for a traditional pub setting, and Six Portland Road directly beneath the apartment for refined seasonal cuisine.

    Transport connections are convenient, with Holland Park Underground station close by on the Central line. From here, you can travel directly to Oxford Circus, Tottenham Court Road and the City, making it easy to reach the West End, theatres and key business districts.     We would like to mention the check-in process:
    With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

    Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
