EXPERIENCIA HORRIBLE!
HORRIBLE, SIN CALEFACCION DESDE LAS 2 PM, a las 8 pm me dicen que no lo pueden arreglar y que podian hacer nada, Y NO TENIA OTRA HABITACION DISPONIBLE, QUE ADMINISTRACION TAN HORRIBLE, DORMI CON MUCHO FRIO !!

We left this hotel about 15 minutes after checking in. This hotel is disgusting and no where close to 3 stars - it's barely 1! More like a youth hostel than a hotel. Seriously misleading marketing for this hotel. I will be contacting you guys for a refund as all we wanted to do was get out of there as quickly as possible. I'm not back in the US and would like to speak to someone as soon as possible.

Excellent price, friendly staff, larger than expected family room. Seemed clean though some rough edges including worn through carpet and missing tile grout. Taps had to be run for a long time to get hot water and bath on the tiny side. Expected road and air traffic noise. Breakfast plentiful but limited if you don’t eat full English. All round excellent value for money.

Room was really nice and check in was easy. Good location for Twickenham right next to station. Although when we got back from the rugby we notice that the room was dirty bin full of rubbis and food from last guest in fridge not good enough im afraid. Breakfast basic but ok.all the hand gels and dispensers empty.

Highly recommended
This hotel has recently been refurbished. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was spacious and spotless. The shower was superb. Food was very good. The price was very good value. Check out is normally 11:00 but mine was extended by two hours at no charge. Staff were helpful and very courteous. Overall, highly recommended.

The hotel is very conveniently positioned 4 min walk to Feltham Station. There are buses to LHR approx 20-25 min journey, or. 7 min bus ride to Hatton Cross for the underground The hotel is welcoming and friendly. The restaurant food is a very high standard, with friendly waiting staff. The superior rooms are good built in the new area of the hotel.
