  • This stylish and spacious flat offers a fantastic East London base, ideally located in Stratford near the Olympic Park and just a short walk from the ABBA Arena. Set moments from the canal, the apartment combines modern living with a peaceful waterside feel, making it well suited to both short and extended stays with excellent access to Stratford, Canary Wharf and Central London.

    The property comfortably accommodates up to five guests and features two well-appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a shower over bath and the other with a walk-in shower. Situated on the second floor, the apartment offers a peaceful setting within a contemporary residential development.

    Disclaimer: Please note that the electric blinds in the kitchen are currently in the open position and are scheduled to be repaired by the end of June. For any stays during this period, the blinds will remain inoperable and in the open position.
    Please note that the property is located within a newly developed area that is still undergoing its final finishing touches. There may occasionally be some light noise during weekday working hours, typically between 9am and 5pm. With the windows and balcony doors closed, however, the apartment remains very quiet thanks to double glazing throughout.

    Located in Stratford near the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, the apartment places you close to some of East London’s best attractions. The nearby canal is just a short stroll away, offering scenic walking routes and a quieter, more relaxed side of the neighbourhood. Stratford is home to Westfield Stratford City for shopping, dining and entertainment, while the Olympic Park offers open green spaces, walking routes and major venues including the London Stadium and Copper Box Arena. The ABBA Arena is less than a five-minute walk away, making this an especially convenient choice for guests attending the show. Hackney Wick, known for its canalside bars, breweries and creative atmosphere, is also within easy reach for dining and evenings out, with popular spots including Crate Brewery, Barge East and Number Ninety.

    Transport connections are excellent, with Pudding Mill Lane DLR station just a short walk away, offering quick links to Stratford, Canary Wharf, Greenwich and the City. Stratford station is also within easy reach and provides access to the Elizabeth Line, Central Line, Jubilee Line, DLR and National Rail, making travel across London fast and convenient. Bus stops on the main road are less than a five-minute walk from the apartment, with easy routes into Stratford and Central London.

    We would like to mention the check-in process:
    With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

    Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in. Please be careful with art, books and things of value in the house.
