  • Welcome to your South London home away from home – a bright and spacious three-bedroom apartment designed for comfortable city living. Set in a well-connected part of Brixton Hill, this modern home offers generous living space, three bathrooms, and a private terrace, making it a great choice for families, friends, colleagues, or longer stays in London.

    The heart of the apartment is the open-plan living area, where large windows bring in plenty of natural light throughout the day. Wooden floors, soft neutral tones, and contemporary furnishings create a relaxed atmosphere that feels both stylish and welcoming. Whether you're gathering for breakfast before a day out, sharing a meal around the dining table, or simply unwinding after exploring the city, there's plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the space comfortably.

    The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking at home, including modern appliances, generous worktop space, and a breakfast island that's perfect for casual meals or a morning coffee. Whether you're preparing a quick bite before heading out or cooking dinner for the group, the layout makes everyday living easy.

    Glass doors lead directly onto the private terrace, offering a pleasant outdoor space to enjoy a slower pace amid the city. It's an ideal spot for breakfast in the fresh air, an evening drink, or simply taking a moment to relax at the end of the day.

    Each of the three bedrooms has been thoughtfully arranged to give guests both comfort and privacy. The main bedroom features a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with a spacious double shower. The second bedroom also benefits from its own en-suite and has direct access to the terrace, while the third bedroom is served by a separate family bathroom. Comfortable beds, blackout blinds, and calm interiors help create a restful space to recharge after busy days in London.

    The apartment is well placed for discovering one of South London's most characterful neighbourhoods. Brixton Village, known for its independent restaurants, cafés, and lively atmosphere, is within easy reach, while nearby Brockwell Park offers open green space, walking paths, and the popular lido. With Brixton Underground station on the Victoria Line and regular bus connections close by, travelling into central London is straightforward and convenient.

    Whether you're visiting for work, sightseeing, or an extended stay, this apartment combines generous living space, modern comforts, and a location that allows you to experience both the energy of Brixton and the more relaxed charm of the surrounding neighbourhoods. After a day in the city, you'll have a comfortable and spacious place to return to and make your own during your stay.

    Guests will have the entire home to themselves.

    The apartment is on the 1st floor and no lift to the flat. For this reason, it may be less suitable for guests with significant mobility difficulties or wheelchair users.

    Please be informed that the pool table in the living room can be used by guests during their stays but that it isn't in a perfect condition (the carpet is slightly torn)

    * Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am.
    * Please note that a minimum of £100 will be charged for misplaced, lost or damaged keys - please be careful with them
    *The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
    * The property is cleaned and is set up to be remote access.
    * The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
    *Mid-stay cleaning sessions/linen can be organised on request for additional charge
    *We provide single-use toiletries for the first two day of your stay
    *Our lovely neighbors have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbors.

    IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

    The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

    Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
