  • Nestled in the heart of Kings Cross, this stylish and spacious two-bedroom apartment offers the perfect blend of comfort and modern living. Spread across two floors, the home features a beautifully designed interior, combining contemporary aesthetics with cosy touches, making it an ideal retreat for families, friends, or business travellers exploring London.

    *DISCLAIMER* though spread over two floors, please note the access is from the lower ground and requires taking stairs down from street level.

    The apartment comfortably accommodates up to six guests with two bedrooms and a living room that doubles as an extra sleeping area with a sofa bed. The master bedroom boasts a comfortable double bed, while the second bedroom offers two single beds. A well-appointed bathroom with a shower provides everything you need for a refreshing start to the day.

    The open-plan living area is designed for relaxation, featuring a stylish sofa and vibrant décor that adds character to the space. The fully equipped kitchen comes with sleek, modern appliances, including an induction hob, perfect for home-cooked meals. The dining area is a welcoming spot for shared breakfasts or evening drinks. One of the highlights of this home is the recently refurbished garden, complete with outdoor furniture and newly tiled flooring, offering a serene escape in the heart of the city.

    The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

    **PLEASE NOTE** the standard set up for this property is as advertised but there is an additional sofa bed in living room. If you require this to be made up for your booking then please do let us know at the time of your booking otherwise their maybe delays in getting it set up and additional costs to do so.

    Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

    This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

    Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

    We would like to mention the check-in process:
    With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £30 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £50 would apply from 7pm onwards.

    Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
