This elegant three-bedroom terraced house is set within a quiet cobbled mews in the heart of Kensington. Arranged across three levels, the home sleeps up to six guests. It features three double bedrooms, two of which also include sofa beds for flexible use, and two well-appointed bathrooms: one with a walk-in shower and one with a bathtub. The principal bedroom also benefits from a private balcony, ideal for a quiet morning coffee.

The spacious living area includes a large comfortable sofa, while the bright conservatory provides a lovely spot for reading or relaxing. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, a coffee machine and dishwasher, with a stylish dining area seating up to eight.

Outside, the private patio offers a peaceful space to unwind after a day exploring London.

The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.

Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.

This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

We would like to mention the check-in process:
With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from a local Key Nest location close to the property or via an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.

Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
