Great staff!! Very friendly and helpful. Very good location, a metro and train station next to the hotel, a block away from the Trafalgar square and a lot of places for shopping and dinning. The floors of the rooms need maintenance.

La ubicación inmejorable se puede ir andando a muchos lugares de interes y tiene todos los medios de transporte para los lugares mas lejanos, la atención del personal es fantastica siempre sonrientes y pendientes de lo que puedas necesitar tanto en recepcion como en el comedor la comida del desayuno con muchas opciones tanto en caliente como en bolleria y de calidad, la limpieza muy buena la habitacion muy completa en la de dos adultos y dos niños muy espaciosa la cama muy buena con dos almohadas de diferente grosor, con muchos productos como galletas, caramelos y bebidas agua,coca cola, ceveza y unos botellines de vino ademas cafetera de capsulas y calentador de agua para el te, cada dia reponian lo que consumias y era gratis, tambien tienes tabla de planchar y plancha ademas albornoces, en el baño champu,gel y crema tambien secador de pelo. El precio lo considero muy bueno por todo lo que te dan si vuelvo a Londres ya se a que hotel quiero ir. Quiero agradecer la atencion recibida por todo el personal y en particular por la recepcionista Gjulia que nos atendio de entrada y salida

Elegant Victorian style hotel located near many London sights. The room was spacious and neat, but the toilet was very hard to flush. Room service was contacted two times to fix the toilet plumbing, but alas the plumbing remained unfixed. The included breakfast was fantastic! Dinner at the restaurant was average. Staff were courteous and helpful.

The Clermont is connected to the tube station making it so easy to get anywhere. It was also a beautiful and comfortable place to relax after a day explring London. One of the finest places we've ever stayed. We enjoyed it completely.
