Overall an excellent place to stay before an early morning Heathrow flight. The staff were ver attentive ensuring that we had all that we wanted. It is not a luxury hotel and nor has it set out to be - just ideal for our purposes.

Issue to start with as the receptionist was unable to find my booking, but she was efficient in calling her manager, and taking us to our room. All staff were friendly and helpful. the room was basic but clean with tea and coffee making facilities. Breakfast was lovely, full english offered. Only negative I would add is that the hotel was quite noisy inside and out due to it being on the main road, and non double glazed windows.

Great value

Excellent value if (like me) you prefer box spring mattreses over extra firm beds. Nearby Moon Under Water pub in Hounslow has the best bar manager I have experienced in nearly 40 years--excellent recommendation by a facility that prohibits alcohol.

The place was horrible, dirty, with people doing drugs at reception, we checked in and left 5 min later, as we did not feel safe at the place.

Great service, but old and worn hotel.

Great service. Helpful staff. Good full English breakfast. The room had a window to a hallway, only with blinders, which was not sufficient to keep the hallway light out. There was also noise from the hallway, the other rooms and from outside until very late. I suppose because the walls are very thin. Very hot in the room during summer.

People are nice and helpful but that's all I have

I'm sorry this place was horrible. I feel the description on the website is grossly inaccurate. This place is not a true B&B, it's in a"sketchy" part of town, it was DIRTY- the bathroom floor was filthy. The beds are well passed their use for comfort and have the bare minimum bedding-a sheet covering a bare mattress, comforter, and a pillow case over a bare, flat, dirty pillow. The two throw pillows in the room were dirty and smelled. The people that worked there were very helpful and kind and they did have a nice breakfast. I feel like I was duped for the amount of money it cost. I did not feel safe here.

The hotel staff were a disgrace. We had already paid to stay there and proved it to them and would not let us stay unless we paid again meaning we would have paid twice. Asked to speak to a manger about this and they refused because they did not want to disturb her. They totally ignored all the documentation we that showed and proved that we had paid for a room but chose to not even look at it and flat out refused to assist us in any way. This might show up as a cheap property to stay at but it’s worth paying a little more and staying elsewhere because there is a chance they’ll try and make you pay twice for a room and start being argumentative and disrespectful when you say no. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Property was a short walk from the tube station, and only 2 stops away from the Heathrow airport. The convenience was nice. The building is very old, under control seduction, dirty, and quite smelly. When we got our room, it had a very strong perfume odor. We aired it out since we could barely breathe in there, and afterwards it smelled of cigarettes. It was dirty and most of the outlets did not work. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was good.
