The hotel is in a v nice area, with good transport and places to eat at. The room itself seemed a bit outdated and defo with old pillows and mattress (all way too soft and with a bit of a dent from usage). The reception area was busy at any given time of day or night with people working, stopping by for a drink or just using the space; it felt almost hostile to stop there on your way to or from the room.

Hotel chulísimo y personal encantador. Hay un montón de servicios incluido con los que no contábamos, como un desayuno en la puerta de la habitación, mapas y libros en la habitación y adaptadores. Todo sin pedirlo. Tienen una sala de plancha, o si lo prefieres te traen la plancha en tu cuarto.

such a great place to stay and explore. i love walking in to the space and being greeted by a team of happy people. how cool is that just in itself... not too formal at all, laid back and full of energy and warmth and information and suggestions if you want it. we were there three nights and every night we came back we were greeted and helped by the men at the door, or the people at the desk... best service and graciousness from beginning to end. will definitely recommend. we almost stayed at Nobu around the corner because i like that hotel atmosphere generally but the hoxton was perfect for the area and bringing my 18 year old son and showing him London for the first time. also, it was great for him to see the child out work area at different times during the day and be packed and everyone be in different modes of work solo or with someone or hang out and chat. would love a space like this in the east bay / bay area, california...

Ok for business stay but Lobby gets very busy and packed on weekends , rooms are on the smaller side but that’s normal for London. Desk/chair can be more comfortable . Overall good value for money

Room was located on the 2nd floor, quite worn down interior, there was no housekeeping service and after our complaint they mentioned that we must order this service. No one gave us this information when checking in. After we came back in the late evening, there were still no fresh towels and no water refill. Kinda frustrating for such a steep price. Hairdryer was not working properly, same goes for showerhead. Disappointing stay for a lot of money.

Have stayed before and this location is ideal for local amenities and access onwards. Room is cosy but lacking storage, and was disappointed to realise that a service charge was automatically added to drinks bought at the bar. I have no issue paying a tip for table service, but if I am queueing at a bar, where is the service?! Reception staff lovely and helpful.

Amazing staff
The staff at this hotel is wonderful! The hotel is very hip and trendy. Nice lobby, good food.I must say I didn’t like the lighting in our room far too dark had to ask for an extra lamp as the walls are painted black and the ceiling is also dark. Bed was comfy.

New Year 2023
A return stay at the Hoxton and again we had a great stay. Cosy room with everything you need, fresh milk and water in the rooms, fluffy towels and lovely toiletries. Reception staff were always polite and welcoming with the front of the hotel having a living room feel to it. Would recommend.

Couldn't check in at check-in time. Finally checked-in two hours after check-in time. Would have preferred to have received a notification to explain before arriving at the hotel.
