Smart TV, a striking botanical wall mural, and the home's signature wizarding details — a Hogwarts Express 9¾ sign, a Triwizard wand display, and Diagon Alley signage by the staircase. BEDROOM ONE: A calm double with a green velvet headboard, built-in alcove shelving, a dresser with round gold mirror, and a wall-mounted TV. Hotel-quality linen throughout.



BEDROOM TWO: A second double on its own floor, with a charcoal velvet headboard, fitted wardrobe, a sculptural circular pendant light, and alcove shelving — bedrooms on separate levels for genuine privacy.

Goodwin's Court is one of London's best-kept secrets — a gas-lit, cobbled passage that feels worlds away while sitting seconds from the West End. Famously cited as a real-life inspiration for Diagon Alley, it's pure atmosphere.



Step out and you're in the thick of Covent Garden: the Piazza, the boutiques and street performers, and an extraordinary run of restaurants — The Ivy, Frenchie, Balthazar and Dishoom all within minutes. The theatres of the West End, Leicester Square cinemas and Soho's bars are a short stroll away.
