El hotel está en una excelente ubicación Justo en el centro de Piccadilly donde hay muchísimas cosas que hacer y todo lo turístico ESta relativamente cerca a pie. El hotel en si esta muy bien lo único es que el baño no bajaba bien

Muy decepcionado por no obtener la Junior Suite que reservé desde abril 2019, ni tampoco obtu e vista a la ciudad , ni intento de otorgarme una junior suite a pesar de ha erme quedado 4 noches en el hotel. Siempre había que pedir suministro de jabón de baño, ya que sólo ponían suficiente jabón para 1 huesped en vez de 2 personas. Muy decepcionado con el retorno económico de Expedia. Todavía no han retornado dinero mi tarjeta Visa.

Ideal para visitar Londres en familia
Hotel céntrico, habitación espaciosa, limpia y bien aislada de los ruidos de la calle. Buena elección para visitar Londres con la familia. El personal es agradable de trato y nos ayudaron con el checking antes de hora, otros hoteles que he visitado (muchos por mi trabajo) son muy estrictos en esto. Lo recomiendo.

Front desk staff were great, explained everything and greeted us with a smile. Room was spacious and everything in the room worked. Very clean. Elevator was a bit slow, but other than that everything else was wonderful.

it is a 4 star hotel, has no minibar, has no restaurant or coffe shop that works later in the evening, no room service. If you want some roomservice it is by the coffeshop Costa. Do not understand the 4 stars. Anyway, rooms are ok but small, the location of the hotel i very good. Bathroom is tiny, very very small. Not a lot of soap there, no lotion, nothing more than handsoap, an empty showersoap and a hair conditioner. For the location it is worth a 4 star but otherwise it's a 3 star hotel.

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt. Direkt an der U-Bahn Station Piccadelly Circus. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten auch zu Fuß erreichbar. Personal des Hotels sehr zuvorkommend. Würde jederzeit wieder dort hingehen.

Un’ottima esperienza. Situato nel cuore del centro, a 2 passi da Leicester Square e Piccadilly Circus, l'hotel offre una posizione ideale per esplorare la città, vicino a numerose linee autobus e alla Piccadilly Line. La camera (tripla) era all’ultimo piano ed era davvero spaziosa, confortevole e insonorizzata davvero bene. Il personale è stato davvero gentile e disponibile; quando ho avuto un problema con la corrente elettrica durante la notte, mi hanno prontamente sistemato in un'altra stanza in modo che potessi utilizzare il phon e i caricatori senza alcun disagio. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è vantaggioso, considerando la posizione centrale e la modernità dell'hotel. La pulizia delle camere è ok, garantendo un soggiorno confortevole e piacevole. Consiglio vivamente l'Hotel Thistle Piccadilly a chiunque cerchi un alloggio conveniente e di qualità a Londra.

Överlag väldigt bra hotell som framförallt har toppen läge. Inte den nyaste men helt klart rent och fint. Väldigt bra service vid checkin som lät oss låna adapter som vi glömt. Vi hade rum på första våningen ut mot gatan vilket gjorde att det lät lite på dagarna men upplevde det tyst på nätterna. Rummen var bra men glöm inte hänga upp "stör ej" skylt på dörren då städning knacka på kl.9 varje morgon..

Bed shook every time someone moved and pillows were awful lumpy and other flat. Extremely clean room and bathroom. Great location.

Good value for location
Convenient location, comfy bed, good en suite facilities. Right in the heart of Piccadilly and Leicester Square. Would stay again

A great weekend London break
We had an amazing stay, hotel let us check in early so we could get off for lunch and the theatre . The hotel is well placed for theatre food and shopping. Our room was a good size and bed very comfy. We will stay there again.
