This industrial style 2 bedroom flat is perfect for those looking for a unique and modern living space. Located just an 18-minute walk from Wembley Stadium, it is ideal for sports fans or concert-goers.



The flat features beautiful neutral colors with industrial and sleek finishes, giving it an edgy industrial feel. The flat has a fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and lounge area with plenty of natural light.



Both bedrooms are spacious and offer ample storage space. One has a king-sized bed and the second bedroom has a double bed. The bathroom is modern and stylish, with a bath & modern shower.

The living room has a sofa bed (queen size) sleeping 2.

**No Pets Allowed: We have a strict no-pet policy.



**No Parties or Events: Parties, events, or gatherings of any kind are not allowed on the premises. We live next door (we had a bad experience so we are very careful and want to inform people in advance that partying doesn't go with this house) :)



**No Smoking Indoors: Smoking is prohibited inside the flat.



**No Illegal Activities: Engaging in illegal activities on the premises is strictly prohibited.



**Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please be mindful of other guests and our neighbors during these times.



**Registered Guests Only: Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The person who booked must be present during check-in and throughout the stay.



**Key Management: Please take care of the keys provided. Lost keys will result in a replacement fee.



**Respect the Space: We ask that all guests treat our home with care. If you have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us.



**We do professionally dry clean all our bed sheets and towels. We do not iron our sheets.
