Fantastic!

We loved our time in this perfect VT ski home. The house was meticulously clean, well furnished, and nicely set up for our stay with 5 guests. The house feels nothing like a typical worn out rental and more like a vacation home someone built for their friends and family. Jim was a great host and communicator and we wouldnt hesitate to return. We enjoyed relatively short trips to both Okemo and Stratton on this trip, but saw that Bromley and Magic were even closer for other options. 5 stars for sure.

Very nice! It was clean chalet, the deck made for relaxing mornings and a great spot for grilling in the evening. Only thing missing was a tv in the living area on the first floor. Would definitely return.

Summer Weekend in Vermont

The cabin is beautiful and the host was excellent. He had great recommendations for the area and even recommended a good place in the neighborhood to watch the sunset.

Delightful mountain escape!

Beautiful, clean, perfect for family of 5. Great location mixing remoteness and charm in the mountains yet accessible to ski mountains. Owners were communicative and flexible. We are so grateful we found this spot and hope to return!

Beautiful cabin in the woods

The house was clean and cosy, a great place to stay with a homely feel and plenty of outdoor space. A great kitchen for cooking and a great living room for hanging out. We went in summer and it wasn’t too hot, I imagine this would be a great place in the winter

Very comfortable stay for our weekend ski trip!

This house is clean, spacious, warm and comfortable! It had everything we needed. Everything is new and functional. Had a great time!

Great to get away

We loved this place, it was very rural and such a cute home. It had all the amenities needed. The owner even sent a couple of texts on where to find things. They have a great welcome book that give details on some local places. We really loved it here.

our family doesn't typically book a rental home when we travel, but we decided to try something different for a trip to Vermont and are so glad we did. Jim's property in Londonderry exceeded our expectations. from the start, communication was clear, prompt, and incredibly helpful. Jim made coordinating logistics easy and seamless, which gave us confidence heading into the weekend. The home itself was exactly what we were hoping for, comfortable , well appointed, and perfect for a cozy holiday ski trip. it's in a quiet neighborhood, offering both privacy and convenience, with skiing and markets, and essentials nearby. The property felt new, thoughtfully maintained, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxed, easy stay after long days on the mountain. Most importantly, Jim couldn't have been a more gracious host. We chose this home based on the strong reviews, and they proved well deserved. We have absolutely no regrets and would gladly stay again. Highly recommend ! Thanks, Jim !!!

Cozy getaway

This brand new cabin was in a great secluded location. Londonderry is a sweet town and a great jumping off point for leaf peeping. The cabin was well appointed and everything was provided. We would definitely return with the whole family as there was an abundance of beds! Thank you!

Great house! Great location!

This how is immaculately clean, and so cozy. Centrally located to several ski mountains, easy to get to, but the house is tucked away from the hussle and bussel. Will definitely rent again. Jim at evolve was a pleasure to work with. Made everything very easy.

Mountain Getaway

We had a terrific long weekend at the house for our golf trip. House is a good size for 5. Everything is clean and new. Owner is very responsive. Highly recommend this house. Outdoor space is fantastic

Another wonderful stay!

This is our second time staying here. We enjoyed our stay so much last year we decided to come back. The chalet is beautiful and very clean. Looks exactly like the pictures. Jim is very kind and available if you have any questions. I would highly recommend staying here. Peaceful and relaxing. It is in a perfect location. Close to surrounding towns so there is always something to do. Located in a quiet neighborhood which gives it a remote feeling. Ski resorts are close by if going up for the winter. We come up during the fall and the foliage is beautiful. Would highly recommend!

Fabulous house

This house is amazing! So clean and the porch is beautiful. Our stay here was phenomenal. We will definitely come back. Centrally located within minutes to Bromley and Magic Mountain and also Okemo. The wood stove gets the whole house warm and cozy after a day on the slopes! I highly recommend this house. Jim was also great and very helpful. We have an 8 year old, and he mentioned that there were sleds in the basement so our 8 year old could sled in the yard. Made us feel like family. Thank you for everything

Look no further. Great New Cabin

The owner is meticulous in every detail in this midsize beautiful constructed cabin. Every detail is met for visitors from a k-cup machine to extra towels and pillows. Interior is roomy yet cozy with a giant entertainment deck. Close to many ski mountains/bar/entertainment. Just a FYI if you want to watch TV there is only 1 TV up in the loft which is hard for more then 3 people to enjoy so bring a tablet. I would of placed a 2nd TV on staircase outer wall to the left with a swing mount because working the fire and relaxing on the beautiful sofas while watching TV with family after a day of skiing would of been great, but hardly missed. The Wifi is great!! Old fashioned conversation and spending time with family over TV takes center stage. Also the owner great and any questions or concerns he will work with you and gets bk to you very quickly. We will be back!!!
