We had a wonderful experience at this vacation rental. It has a well stocked kitchen, views of the beach and is decorated very nicely. It is dog, friendly, and owner responds to any questions quickly. Would stay here again, Enjoyed it very much! It accommodated 11people just fine.

What a great place for a family gathering :-) we had seven adults and a two year-old. Close enough to the beach for a few walks per day clean clean clean! And yet it felt very family friendly. The bedrooms were well appointed and and comfortable. The upstairs kitchen/living room had beautiful views and room to spread out while still chatting the downstairs family room had a small table for those of us that had to take work breaks, and another large couch that we could just hang out on together.

Great location, nice house

We stayed here for a sibling reunion. Great place for family dinners, game nights, and star gazing by the fire pit. Beach is right down the street, there’s easy access to discovery trail, and it’s about a 5-minute bike ride into town. We loved it.

Beatles and the Beach!

We enjoyed the Beatles decor, access, to the beach, and size of the house. The owner was great to work with and is quick to respond.

Family getaway with kiddos and a dog!

This home was beautiful and was well stocked for all of our needs. It was a very short walk to the beach and a short drive to all of the shops. The space was enough for our family of 10 and we look forward to returning again!

Relaxing weekend

Great Family Space

The house and location were perfect for a family gathering with kids. Plenty if room for us all to hang out together or to break out into groups doing different activities. The beach was a short walk that even the youngest kids could handle. Tons of beach toys were available so sand castles were constructed. The kitchen had everything we needed to make big meals and the grill was an added bonus. Board games ruled upstairs and Nintendo downstairs. Bedtime was easy on amazingly comfortable beds. Will definitely stay here again.

We loved Howard!

Property is exactly as pictured! Host was responsive and accommodating. Beach walk, view and access was great. Howard was a delight! He stopped to chat a few times when we were all outside and was quite funny. Will for sure consider staying again if we travel back this way!

Nice location in Long Beach

The location was great; just a short walk to the beach, Discovery trail, and town. Dead end street was perfect for the kids to ride bikes without much worry. For an August week we found the location quiet overall (minus the house construction going on across the street but that wasn't too bad). Plenty of people downtown but this area just south of town was quiet and we pretty much had the beach to ourselves.

Great location!!

Great location close to the board walk / path and town! Owner was super quick to respond when the upstairs shower was not draining. Upstairs is the living room (no TV) Kitchen and dining room, one king room and the "kid" room (great for little cousins) and 1 shared bathroom. Downstairs is 2 king bed rooms, a shared bathroom and the TV room. Kitchen was super stocked! Lots of great family games too!

Here comes the sun

Inside of house was not clean. Owner said he will refund our cleaning deposit. Bedding was dirty, keureg machine was moldy, broken glass on floor. Daughter-in-law stepped on it and cut her foot. Stove top burners didnt work correctly. Garbage can was full. False advertising because house on website was not the rental house. Talked to the owner of that house and she isn’t happy that her house was pictured. Website mentioned an unfriendly neighbor by name (what to do if Howard bothers you). He was friendly to us. Other neighbors confirmed he's not a problem.

This was our first house we have ever rented and it was an amazing stay! We actually brought too much because the hosts thought of nearly everything. House is a very short walk to the beach and comes with everything you need including sand toys. Very clean and nicely decorated. Would definitely recommend.
