Especially loved the kitchen being so well appointed that I could cook!Front row seat for the best 7 miles of beach on the eatern seaboard!”

The house is stunning with large windows that offer breathtaking views of the water-perfect for relaxing with coffee in the morning or winding down in the evening. The home was thoughtfully stacked with plenty of extra towels, toiletries, and even some snacks-made one feel right at home. The location is great-just a short distance to a charming country store, local restaurants, and scenic walking...

“We absolutely loved our stay at this adorable cottage! Just a short walk down a private path to the beach, it was the perfect spot for our girls’ trip. Lena was an amazing host — so thoughtful, accommodating, and attentive to every detail. The cottage was spotless and so close to the water; we could hear the ocean from inside, which made it wonderfully relaxing. We also loved that it was an easy, pleasant walk into town for shopping and dining. It was exactly what we needed to unwind and enjoy...

“We had a great stay at Heron’s Perch! This house has lots of space for hanging out and sleeping. The beds are comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels provided and a well stocked kitchen. Our absolute favorite was the wonderful, private front porch. This house is within walking distance to everything down front on the island. If you’re looking for space and being close to the ferry, stores and beaches I would highly recommend.”

“The house is great for extended family vacation with 3 bedrooms each having its own bathroom. The only slight drawback is that there is no dining table. It's only a 15 to 20 minute walk to the amusements, pier and the beach. ”
