Snowmobilers will love the property's direct access to nearby trail systems, providing endless opportunities to explore the Adirondacks year-round.

The space
Designed with gathering in mind, our spacious home is perfect for large families, multiple families traveling together, or groups of friends looking to relax, reconnect, and enjoy everything the Adirondacks have to offer.

The main floor features an open-concept layout that brings everyone together, with a comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, large pantry, and dining area. The primary bedroom is conveniently located on this floor and includes a queen bed, walk-in closet, reclining rocker, and small workspace. Sliding glass doors lead directly to the deck, where you can enjoy your morning coffee while overlooking the backyard and fire pit. The adjoining bathroom features a full-size soaking tub, stand-up shower, and bidet, with access from both the bedroom and hallway.

Upstairs, you'll find a cozy loft with a futon and reading nook—the perfect place to unwind with a good book after a day of exploring. This floor also offers two bedrooms: one with two twin beds and another with a queen bed, along with a full bathroom with a stand-up shower.

The finished walkout basement provides a second living space, making it easy for larger groups to spread out and relax. Enjoy movie nights on the large smart TV, gather around the bar area, or step outside through the double doors for easy access to the fire pit. The basement also includes a queen bedroom, a full bathroom with a stand-up shower, and a laundry room with both a washer and dryer.

Outside, guests can enjoy two spacious decks—one covered and one open-air—along with a grill, Adirondack chairs, and a fire pit perfect for gathering under the stars. Whether you're sipping coffee on a quiet morning, grilling dinner with family, or ending the day around the fire, the property offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the beauty of the Adirondacks.

The Elkstone is a true year-round destination. In the winter, snowmobilers will appreciate direct access to nearby trails, while skiers/snowboarders are just an hour from both Gore Mountain and Whiteface Mountain, making it easy to enjoy some of the region's best outdoor adventures.
