The private pool at the home is typically open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, weather permitting.

Guests also have access to Emerald Lakes community amenities. Amenity passes are required for the pool, community center, and some activities:

• 1-Day Pass: $20 per person
• 3-Day Pass: $30 per person
• 7-Day Pass: $50 per person

🔒Security Deposit Option – To help protect our home while keeping cleaning fees low, we offer two options:

• A non-refundable damage waiver is included in your booking, covering up to $1,000 in accidental damage
OR
• A $1,000 refundable security deposit, fully returned after your stay if no damage occurs

If you prefer the refundable deposit, just send us a message after booking and we’ll take care of it.
