The charm of a family and country home

After several years of work, we renovated this country house into a warm and welcoming family home. We sourced all the furniture and decorative items from antique shops, keeping the family home feel in mind. It's located in La Lande-sur-Eure, in the Perche Regional Natural Park, near La Ferté-Vidame and its famous castle!

We actually have two houses: a main house comprising a large kitchen/dining room with a high worktop and a table seating ten, a utility room, a living room, a billiard room, and two bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms on the garden level; upstairs, three bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, a separate toilet, a TV lounge, and an office.
Next to the main house is a small, independent house, with a kitchen/living room, two bedrooms and a shower room with toilet on the ground floor, and a dormitory upstairs, much to the delight of the children. The whole property is situated on a 4,500m2 wooded park, fully enclosed and secured with an electric gate and outdoor lighting.
