We loved the location and the charm of the cabin, but unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. When we arrived, we found a Post-it note stating that the air conditioning was out — with no prior notice. It was a warm weekend, and we couldn’t get the large ceiling fan to work either. Despite trying to reach out, we received no response the entire time we were there.To make matters worse, the floors began seeping water, starting in the bedroom and eventually spreading throughout the entire cabin. It got so bad that water was puddling on the floor. We found a large squeegee and spent time trying to keep the water under control. Still, no communication or follow-up from management.We were really hoping for a relaxing getaway, but instead ended up uncomfortable and disappointed. The lack of basic maintenance and complete absence of communication made this a one-star experience.
