“Awesome place to stay! Was well stocked for our big group and plenty of space for everyone to hang out.”

“The pool was not available for use, was unclean, and the advertisement is showing the pool. The oven did not work and I don’t eat fried foods. The Television in the master bedroom did not work, the tub in the second bathroom was dirty and pillow case on one of the beds was dirty. Used soaps were stacked on the window sill of one of the bathrooms I took pictures. We had to put a lightbulb on the front , because the entire block was dark due to no working streetlights. I did text the property...

“We did not stay here. We went to the location to check in and met the host. The inside of the home was clean, but the surrounding area was awful. The surrounding homes are dilapidated, with yards full of trash, broken furniture, and miscellaneous items that make it look like a junk yard. We asked the host about the area and were told it is an older community, but a very safe and good area. The host was still cleaning the unit, so we drove up the street and came across a police officer parked...

“The house was clean. The weather wasn't nice so wespent some time at the German Restaurant in the Old Town Sanford. Had some fun and good food.”
