“This place was AMAZING. I had a girls church group here- 22 of us- and we had everything we needed! Fully stocked kitchen, numerous fridges, plenty of *comfy* beds, blankets, even towels! Every room had fans and sound machines. The location is wonderful- very peaceful- and there were so many places inside and out for the girls to spend time. There was also plenty of parking. The best part was the host- she was incredibly helpful with feedback on our plans. I would 100% recommend this place. It...

“Our family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. The outside grounds had something for everyone...from ages 1 to 72. we enjoyed the pool, the hot tub, fishing in the huge pond, as well as canoeing and paddleboarding! The setting was very peaceful and relaxing. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and almost everything we needed was there. Marcie responded to every single request that we relayed to her, and was very prompt with solutions. She made sure we had everything we...

“We loved our stay, plenty of room for everyone to play and enjoy themselves”

“Our family with two small kids had a fantastic stay here! The views were beautiful, property was perfect, and inside was very well kept. Even in June, the outdoor gas fire was nice, and the kids loved the bunk beds. Our 5 year old slept in the top bunk with no problems. Having a washer and dryer in the house was crucial after getting caught in rain at Cloudland Canyon! The hike down to the house was a little steep, but well worth it. The path is well maintained. As you follow the path, take the...

“We stayed one week and enjoyed the local hiking, swimming and attractions. Our family of 8 had plenty of space and cookware to prepare meals and sit together at one table. We used a different table for puzzles and games. We enjoyed playing ping pong, foosball, cornhole, swinging and spotting fireflies on the property. We also enjoyed nightly neighborhood walks. The beds are comfortable and the thermostat kept us cool. The only concern I found was that the stairs are steeply spaced. It is...

“Good”

“We were super delighted, the place was excellent, it was very clean, very comfortable, the decoration was charming and the location was very suitable. Everything was almost 15 minutes away, including Ruby Falls and downtown Chattanooga, all very close. The host was very kind. Very attentive, answering my questions, none like the others take hours or days to respond”

“Clean, well-appointed townhome in a convenient location. Would definitely stay again.”
