I love being just outside the city so this was a perfect location. It was still very convenient to everything. The house was clean with lovely touches. It felt like home. A horrible storm came through which took the power out for a little bit, but I even just loved being there in the storm. I can honestly see myself living in the area in the future.

My dad used to own and run a cotton gin, he loved to see how the gin was repurposed and restored! The property is immaculate, everything was very clean. My family enjoyed our weekend here and will book again in the future! Thank you!

The Levi Gin is a very unique and enjoyable property. We enjoyed our stay here. Couple small things, beds are small and not super comfortable. Internet as stated is very unreliable and doesn't work well all the time. Other than that we were very happy with this property

This property was absolutely awesome. The house was beautifully decorated and well mantained. There was an area upstairs that included games and books for all ages and some children's toys. The garage was a big hit. It included a basketball goal, foosball, air hockey and other outdoor activities. The kitchen was well stocked with small appliances including 2 Keurigs, some spices and coffee supplies. It also included a very nice guest house which we did not need but was available to us. We will would book this property again.

Great setup for multi family trips. Lots of games and indoor basketball court for the kids (and adults!). A couple things happened outside of managers control- county construction - but manager was actively working to resolve it and worked with us. We would definitely rent again. It is a great location, about 15 minutes to downtown Waco, but you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere. Very peaceful and relaxing.

The property is out in the country, very peaceful, and you basically get two houses, ,main house 3 BR, guest house 1BR, very well decorated and appointed, great for family reunion etc. We hosted a rehearsal dinner there in the barn, spacious, however not air-conditioned, thankfully it wasn't too hot yet. The barn needs some work, I had to clean it up before it was suitable for the party...but all in all very nice property, Jess was very responsive, very nice to work with

Very well-maintained and definitely away from everything - you can actually see the stars. And not your regular house. Although - streetlights driving in the dark might have been helpful but would definitely change the vibe. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway but still within driving range of the city - this is it. Everything worked as stated and booking was a breeze.

This was a perfect place for all the family. Nicely accommodating in kitchen & bedrooms with latest features. The play area was great for kids of all ages. Hosts communicated quickly. It was a perfect weekend for our family of 10😘

A great place for a family get together and something for everyone to do at any age. We stayed on property the entire weekend, however the location is perfect for visits to the Waco area. The history of the property is very interesting as well. All the details were covered. The kitchen/dining room area was very large and open. Perfect for bigger families. We were a little thrown off by the 4th queen bed being a pullout in the guest house unfortunately. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay again in the future.

T Levi Gin was beautifully decorated and ideal for our family that ranged in ages from infant to 70. The bunk room actually slept four kids comfortably in their own beds and the guest house worked perfectly for the older folks. The gym/arcade came complete with balls and racquets and the kids had ample space to skate and run.

This property is close to town for groceries and restaurants and a great stay for large number of people. The large lawn, garage for basketball, arcade, large living room and kitchen made it perfect to spread out, and burn energy off with the kids during our stay. The detached house was perfect for older parents to stay. Comes well supplied with all we needed! Totally recommend and would love to stay there again!
