“Not for large groups- 5/6 people at max! They said they could accommodate 11 but it was a horrible stay. Not enough beds, blankets or towels. Dining room & living room are tiny! Family had to use kitchen towels to dry. The front house is small and is a trailer. Reminded me of my high school classroom. I’m very unhappy with the ADU storage/shed/portable/tiny house in the backyard. The Expedia listing was absolutely misleading - called a tiny shed with 2 “bedrooms” a “cottage” and did not explain...

“This house and its amenities are sumptuous to say the least. We rented it initially for a larger group, but ended up being able to enjoy as a couple for four glorious days. My only regret is that we didn’t take advantage of napping more in the sun-drenched sunroom, or carousing on the whiskey deck, and the location while feeling secluded offers easy access to the quaint yet vibrant downtown Los Alamos. The beds were comfy, the house stayed nice and cool without AC, and we had a brilliant time,...

“Genie & Mark were very accommodating…From the upgraded kitchen to the upgraded bathrooms to the very clean, inviting & comfortable bedrooms their attention to detail was amazing…Throw in the complimentary slippers & toothbrushes and you feel like your in a 5 a star resort…We come up this way annually and with the house minutes away from everything we will look forward to our return…I’m sure they have upgraded plans for the backyard and can hardly wait for the finished results…See you again ...

“We stayed at this property May 23-30, 2026. This house is divided into 3 units with a shared laundry room, workout room and back yard. Our unit was upstairs. Overall this was a great stay! Unit is located in a nice neighborhood with plenty of street parking, within a short drive of quite a few commercial areas. The unit itself was spacious, clean and has everything you need. The host is VERY accessible and responsive. Would most definitely stay here again.”
