This stylish apartment combines comfort and convenience in a peaceful setting. With three cozy bedrooms and two full bathrooms, it’s ideal for families or groups. The open-plan living area connects seamlessly with a modern kitchen, equipped with all essentials, including a Nespresso coffee machine, oven, and dishwasher. The private ground-floor location ensures easy access to outdoor spaces, including a shared patio and seasonal swimming pool. Two private garage spaces are also available.

Los Alcázares is a charming coastal town in Murcia, known for its calm waters, golden beaches, and vibrant atmosphere. The apartment is well-connected, making it easy to explore the region by car. You can also enjoy nearby beaches such as La Concha beach, only 5 minutes away by car.

The apartment is located on the first floor of an exclusive urbanization.
There is a communal patio and swimming pool ( available until the end of september).

The property has a garage with capacity for one car.

Ducted air conditioning and heating are available in the accommodation.

The accommodation is equipped with:

1 Cleaning kit
Some Complimentary coffee capsules
2 rolls of toilet paper
1 roll of kitchen paper

WE DON’T PROVIDE TOWELS FOR THE POOL.

Extra guest after check-in 60€/day.

The house must be picked up, otherwise an extra cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets are allowed with a 50€ cost per stay as long as they behave appropriately and do NOT use the beds and sofa out of respect for the following guests. Extra pet after check in 150€/stay

No parties or events are allowed in the accommodation.

Smoking is not permitted. It will carry a penalty of 150 euros.

The noise levels and sleeping hours of the adjoining neighbours must be respected.
Failure to comply with the rules will result in immediate cancellation or financial penalties.

It is compulsory to fill in the documentation of the guests as indicated by the Spanish authorities of accommodation, with the data of the DNI/Passport in the link that we will send you.

Damage to the following amenities will cost:
10 € small towels
20 € large towels
10 € sheets
30 € duvet cover

In case of damage or breakage of the lock of the entrance door to the accommodation will entail a penalty of 700 euros.

The loss or non-return of any key or control of the accommodation or garage will cost 60 euros.

Any damage during the stay will be deducted from the pre-loaded deposit.

The cleaning or maintenance team will always access the property if any unforeseen events occur that they can solve.

We are not responsible for any belongings left in the accommodations.
Walking through the residential areas with swimming pools in swimwear or without clothing is strictly forbidden. Appropriate attire is required at all times.
