Great, convenient location near LA

Room was clean, supplied with extras and conveniently located for our 6-day trip. Primarily used just the bedroom and not the living space as we didn't need to. Stayed four nights arriving at Burbank Airport on a Monday. From there, we visited Santa Monica Beach, friends in Burbank, family in Gardena, attended a Dodgers game, and toured a Warner Bros studio before attending a reunion elsewhere. For my purposes, I walked to the local Planet Fitness twice, and we drove to a good diner for breakfast about 1.5 miles away. Nice restaurants in driving distance in downtown Burbank as well. Only issues was a door lock into the unit that was not easy to unlock several times. There was no lock on the BR door, though we felt secure when there. The parking space in the driveway for the midsize car we rented was not easily maneuvered into the smaller than-anticipated parking space. A Compact car would be easier. Easy to find street parking during the day, but much more difficult when returning at night.

Very bad experience

Room is cheap and clean. But, parking is not easy and environment is not safe. The host charged an additional payment for the old and loose faucet knob after I left. This is ridiculous and absurd. Next guest should be very careful for this kind of trap.

Exactly what we needed

We booked a last minute trip to go to a Dodger’s game and not only was this spot affordable but it was a convenient location, clean, and comfortable. Edith was a great host and was very responsive and accommodating. Overall it was a short but great stay and exactly what we needed.

One day stay

Editha was very accommodating with my short visit. She was flexible with the check in time which was a big deal considering I had a wedding to attend nearly an hour later. The room was clean, Editha respected the privacy, and the room was as advertised. In general, the entire stay was enjoyable.

Great Price for LA

I had a nice stay with Editha. Her place is convenient to the Valley as well as Hollywood. Even though she stays on the property, her living area is private so it is as if you have a private space as well. Easy parking, a "snack bar" for water and snack purchases"...it's quiet. Can recommend.

We stayed for a week and the hostess was very nice and helpful. We were very easily located to the Universal Studios, Warner Bros Studio and Hollywood attractions were all just a 15 minute drive away. We enjoyed our time there she offers snacks and drinks for very cheap right there in the house. Tons of great restaurants nearby to try. Would recommend this property for anyone visiting the area!

Like staying at my tia’s house

Everything was super comfortable and clean. My kids and I felt safe and secure. Everything was private and we didn’t see anyone else in the home except when we were greeted and welcomed. I would definitely stay again. Bathroom was super clean and good size. Bedroom was like a hotel and we were offered convenience items as well. The home and neighborhood are beautiful.

Great place for a visit to LA

This is exactly as described in the listing. It is a cozy, clean room, and unlike so many rooms on VRBO, it has a private bathroom and a TV in the bedroom. This is a great plus. The location is central to everything. Edith was very kind, gave us our privacy but was very responsive when needed. The only caution is if you need street parking it is difficult to find. We were able to park in the driveway but just be aware. Overall a very nice stay.
