We had a great stay! We had six adults in our group - here in Long Beach for my daughter’s wedding and we had plenty of space. The kitchen is well equipped, and it was very helpful to have a washer/dryer. We also enjoyed the outdoor seating area very much and the hot tub was a great feature. The bedrooms/bathrooms reminded me of a hotel - very sparse, but comfortable.
A few things to know - shampoo/conditioner and body wash or soap for the showers is not included, and neither are washcloths, and we didn’t find this out until the day before and that was too late for us to bring things from home. There aren’t very many bath towels either so we needed to wash the towels mid-stay, and there were only two kitchen towels. Also, the a/c is amazing and keeps you cool, but it is very loud and blasts into each room through large vents in the ceiling. My 79 year old mother couldn’t sleep with the noise so we had to turn the a/c off at night. Fortunately Long Beach cools down at night so we could open the windows.
Regarding the hot tub - it is a 2018 model and the digital controlller only worked once in a while. Fortunately there were manual controls to use it, but we were never able to adjust the temperature, which wasn’t a big deal, but I think it is important to know.
Communication was great with the owner/manager, and he was kind to let us drop things off early. We had a great stay and I highly recommend!
