Acogedor estudio con hermoso patio privado abierto. Internet rápido WiFi conecta múltiples dispositivos, Apple TV en la habitación con Netflix Hulu Starz y más. Aire acondicionado y calefacción. Ventilador de techo por control remoto, y la cocina está equipada para cocinar y comer con cafetera y café y azúcar de cortesía. Mi lugar es muy cómodo y puede ser relajante. Puede ver una película con el Apple TV, hacer su trabajo en su computadora portátil con el servicio WiFi de alta velocidad, hacer u ordenar algo para comer. El patio es completamente privado y tranquilo, no dude en usarlo según sea necesario. Nuestro estudio se limpia a fondo con productos desinfectantes. Todas las perillas y la superficie se limpian. El vinagre blanco se usa en alfombras y paredes. Le pedimos que use hábitos limpios y saludables mientras se queda con nosotros.

Great location for us attending a wedding in Pasadena. Clean and comfortable with lovely, private backyard, good security and lighting. Enjoyed the little things: good shower pressure, quality ceiling fan for circulation and white noise. Happened to meet the host Michael, who was warm, friendly and a good communicator. We would book again!

We were very comfortable in Michael’s spacious, recently renovated studio. We were glad to have a full bathroom and kitchen. The space was stylish and clean. The WiFi was strong. The neighborhood was safe and attractive. We had no problems. We look forward to staying there again.

A cute little suite, perfect for a couple.

The suite was the perfect size for us. It was close enough to the Rosebowl as we came to town for a concert. We also went to Crypto.com arena and the Griffith Observatory, both were a reasonable distance as well. Some other things were a bit farther but we were prepared for that. The neighborhood is lovely and absolutely gorgeous. Felt completely safe walking at night and leaving my car on the street. The host was fantastic. Michael was very kind and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. 10/10 would recommend.

Nice place but bad experience

The host has two Vrbo listings right next to each other on the same property and the person staying next door to us opened our door while we were in there. He claimed it was an accident but the whole thing felt very uncomfortable and my partner and I understandably felt very violated so we immediately left and got a hotel. But the place itself was adorable and perfect for two people. Also the host was SO communicative and understanding of our decision to leave.

Quiet, good linens. Entry could be way easier by saying where the lockbox is on each white gate.The notes about caring for the place were a bit condescending and the host came across as rude. I also run a Vbro.

Dirty apartment

The apartment was unclean. Extremely dusty, dead bugs in cabinets, other people's clothes in the closet, dirty shower. We had to leave the apartment within the first hour due to a severe dust allergy. Owner only refunded 40% of the trip despite our not staying there any day/night and his own acknowledgment that the apartment was dirty. A Vrbo representative also confirmed the condition of the apartment was unacceptable. Be aware that although 3 parking spaces are mentioned in the listing, the spot we were given was on the grass next to a main street.
