  • This special place is across the street from the beach and it’s conveniently located between Hermosa and Manhathan piers and downtowns. It’s will make your holidays memorable, happy and joyful. Bike, surf and take a stroll along the water….

    We have neighbors house construction going on few houses over. Construction days are are Monday to Friday,
    Prices are already discounted base on that.

Great location

The place is nice and a great location. Things like a few extra towels, a bath mat and hand towels in each bathroom would have been nice to have but these are things that can easily be rectified.

Inaccurate

No parking. VRBO’s pin shows on the beach….it’s not. Not very clean. We were told about construction a couple doors down AFTER we could only get half back. The construction is next door 15’ away with jackhammers. Very disappointed at what should have been a relaxing end to our vacation.

Location amazing

Came for a beach volleyball tournament and the location is just perfect. The boys rode their ebikes everywhere and I hauled the wagon to the courts by the pier. Just a 10 min walk. From kitchen window you have views of the ocean and get a sea breeze. Literally across from the strand and beach. Loved that a small grocery store on the corner and Vons a 8 min drive. Only downside is no place to store bikes or chairs or wagon, so had to keep in the car or carry up the stairs. Owner provided parking pass for the street, which was amazing. And she was always responsive with questions. We will stay again!

Perfect Location

This townhouse is nice. The location could not be better - across the street from the beach, Martha’s (breakfast/lunch place) and the Green Store (deli/coffee/small store). There are just a couple of issues with the place. First, there are NO towel racks in either bathroom. Your hand towels have to either sit on the sink (and get wet) or on the toilet (gross). There is tons of room to put some up and it takes five minutes, not really sure why it has not been done. Weird. Second, the place is loud - and I do not mean the construction. Any movement makes a loud noise - doors, flushing, running water and don’t even try to watch TV and someone else nap. As for the TV, it took us about 3 hours to get it working - it was unplugged in numerous places with a hundred different cables coming out of the wall and we had to watch a few YouTube videos to figure it out. Not really sure why it was unplugged in the first place. Weird, again. Overall, it worked for what we needed with some glitches.

Perfect location

This is a great little place. Kitchen is very small. Not a big fridge or freezer. Rooms were nice and beds comfortable. Breezy with the doors open. We brought fans.

First time rental success

This was my first time using VRBO and I truly enjoyed staying here with my family and had a great experience. Everything was provided and we were literally steps away from the beach. So it felt like vacation and like home.
