  • Un corto 13 minutos a pie de la hermosa ciudad de Burbank, el Burbank Milenario Hideaway es un espacioso apartamento estudio con un toque elegante boutique. Disfrute de lujosa ropa de cama de matrimonio, gran variedad de servicios, y una cocina completa. Cinco normas de diamante con el confort en el hogar, la privacidad y la seguridad. El apartamento también tiene una tabla de planchar y plancha.

    El espacio:

    La relajación y la comodidad vendrán fácil durante su estancia con nosotros. Su experiencia incluye una cama tamaño queen camas de lujo, duchas de agua caliente ilimitada, y WiFi gratuito. El apartamento Taylors para el viajero que prefiere ver a su entretenimiento en un ordenador portátil, tableta o teléfono. No hay televisión en el interior. Si usted requiere un HDTV, lee mi perfil para otros anuncios, adecuados.

    El edificio es un hotel encantador y acogedor apartamento de 5 unidades. Esta unidad está en el segundo piso y no hay ascensor, por lo tanto, no es adecuado para alguien que tiene los requisitos de ADA.

    El edificio fue construido en 1939 y hemos remodelado el interior. Encontramos tres reliquias bastante encantador y decidimos mantenerlos, la, lavabo pesado hierro fundido, la bañera de hierro fundido y la estufa de gas de antigüedades.

    El acceso de visitantes:

    Aparcamiento en la calle sin restricciones Amplio está disponible, no hay permisos o alimentación metros molestos obligatorios.     Otras cosas a tener en cuenta:

    He estado en el sector de la hostelería desde 2005. Me pertenece y es operado dos hoteles y he viajado mucho. Mis sensibilidades son para el viajero y los servicios incluidos en su estancia cumplió con mis estándares altos para su estancia. Además, el Burbank Milenario Hideaway ofrece internet más rápida y más confiable disponible en la ciudad.

    Reglas de casa:

Nos encanta pequeños amigos no humanos, pero lamentablemente no se nos permite en la propiedad. Observamos tiempo de silencio de 10 p. m a 8 a. my rogamos que haga lo mismo por rechazar su música o la televisión en estos tiempos.

    El barrio:

    Esto es considerado como uno de los mejores barrios de la zona de Los Ángeles. El apartamento está a poca distancia del centro de Burbank, que cuenta con un hermoso centro comercial y el distrito comercial y de restaurante. Vecinos aquí atesoran sus casas y vecinos. Largas caminatas son una necesidad en nuestro barrio para disfrutar de las hermosas vistas, negocios locales y paisajismo. Tomar un café o una deliciosa comida en uno de los muchos restaurantes increíbles mencionadas en el Manual de House.

    Cómo moverse:

    Yo siempre recomiendo acciones paseo como Sidecar o Uber, pero el transporte público es igual a su alcance. Si desea utilizar Sidecar, mi código de referencia es sf6z2 que ofrecerán un descuento especial en su primer viaje.

Quiet and Charming

Had a great stay at this apartment. Was quiet, charming, stocked with all of the essentials and in a very convenient location. Was on a work trip so did not get to explore the area as much as I wished, but had very restful evenings there. Will make it back soon!

Beyond Perfect

Omg . The hosts of this property are the most thorough of any I've ever dealt with. There was a list of eateries nearby and any store you may find useful. They've even got a video to help you with any questions about the apt and it's amenities . Immaculate and just as pictured. There's a hot plate instead of an actual stove but that's due to guests accidentally leaving the pilots out (dangerous)..the kitchen had everything you'd need to cook. The main area could have been staged better giving people a place other than the bed to sit comfortably. It seems to have had a Murphy bed originally and that would be ideal to have for the size of the room also there's no television which didn't bother me since I don't watch it anyways. Altogether it was a very lovely place with very lovely hosts and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a more homey and safe atmosphere.

It was wonderful!

The owner was so polite and diligent when it can to anything that had to do with the area and kindly messaged use to keep us informed about the street cleaning schedule. The house is cozy and the location makes it easy to get anywhere in Burbank in less then 10 mins.

Burbank Splendor

We had a great experience with this little apartment unit in Burbank. The owners even accommodated us last minute and allowed us to check in sooner than we had initially planned which was very nice of them. They were in contact with us throughout our stay to inquire as to how our experience had been and were Cleary very concerned about their guests experience. The unit was clean and with tasteful decor and the neighborhood was very safe and clean and so close to the Griffths Observatory and Hollywood attractions. My only con from our stay is the water pressure was fairly weak in the shower and also did not get particularly hot but this is just nitpicking. We would highly recommend this stay!

Perfect Boho apartment!

The apartment and hosts were great. I liked the fact there was no tv and the purpose of the unit was to relax. Loved the wine and wafers left for me by the hosts. Check in was easy thanks to the welcome videos explaining the apartment and water heater. The only thing I think they could need is a salt and pepper shaker, PAM, and olive oil. Overall a great place. Will stay here again if I come back to Burbank area.

Mom & Daughter Cali Trip

My daughter and I traveled to California for my daughter to have surgery in Beverly Hills for her lifelong battle with Hyperhidrosis. We selected the Burbank area because it was conveniently close to her surgeon in BH, LAX and various other ares we wanted to visit. I can’t say enough about how incredible the property owners are for this precious little studio apartment. It was exactly as shown in the photos and we absolutely loved the area. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and we loved the downtown area of Burbank. Gloria checked in on us throughout our visit and made us feel extremely welcomed. They even provide a house manual with many suggestions for restaurants, attractions, etc. Trust me you won’t be disappointed! If your traveling alone, with a friend, spouse or maybe you also need a mother/daughter trip then this place will be perfect,

We LOVE this sweet little retreat!

The property managers are second to none- every amenity was provided for in abundance, and their communication and kindness was so appreciated. The special touches all over are so charming and lovely- we loved every minute of our stay, and would recommend this beautiful space to any and everyone!

Wonderful Stay

My partner and I came here for a mini getaway adventure. This was definitely one of my favorite stays. Ever. The neighborhood was chill, the studio was beautiful ( the decor was definitely something I loved) and looked like the photos presented. It felt comfortable being here. The hosts add lovely touches that added to our enjoyment and responsive to inquiries. Don't hesitate to book here - it's wonderful!

Perfect for that Burbank getaway

Book this for a weekend film festival happening in downtown Burbank. Great little apartment. Walking distance to just about anything you need. Clean and well maintained. Would definitely book again the next time I am in town.

Appartement très propre et assez grand. Réponse rapide du propriétaire qui s’était trompé lors de son premier message. Emplacement tranquille mais un peu loin de Los Angeles. Ça prend absolument une voiture puisque les transports en commun ne sont pas conviviales.

This apartment was exactly as described and photos totally accurate. Have stayed in other Air BnB in Burbank and this was MUCH nicer. Reservations handled professionally, response time very fast, check-in details very clear. Every detail was included: shampoos, lotion, mouthwash, plenty of thick towels, even coffee, creamer and sugar, a bottle of wine and yummy cookies! Stated clearly no TV and on-street parking- no hidden surprises. Neighborhood was convenient, although just a bit of noise from loud cars. All in all, we’d recommend this to everyone! 100% satisfied! Price very reasonable for all the nice things provided. Will make this our Burbank “second home “!

Für unseren Los Angeles Trip genau richtig!

Für unser Trip in Los Angeles für 12 Tage war das Appartment genau das richtige. Ein Parkplatz für unseren Wagen ar immer direkt verfügbar und die Wohnung hatte alle notwendigen Dinge verfügbar(Gasherd,Geschirr,Töpfe und Pfannen, etc.). Wir waren den ganzen Tag unterwegs und haben uns wohl gefühlt, wenn wir nach einem erlebnisreichen Tag ins Appartment konnten. Sauber war es in dem Appartment auf jeden Fall. Eine nette Begrüßung mit einer Flasche Prosecco hatte uns bei unserer Ankunft freundlich empfangen. Die kommunikation mit der Haushälterin Gloria war auch reibungslos.

Quaint, Cozy, & Quiet

I have stayed at 3 of Christopher Matthew Spencer's reasonably priced properties in Burbank, and I always check to see if they are available first when I travel to that area. The places are small (2 guests max.), but they are clean, cozy, and quaint and much better than a hotel stay in Burbank in my opinion. Great attention to the little details is made so that there is not much to be missed by staying at one of these rentals. Additionally, whenever I have had a minor issue with a property, I have always received prompt attention from the owner himself which speaks volumes to me as a guest. Next time you are traveling to Burbank be sure to give this place a try!
