Just 10 minutes from Universal Studios, perfect for families and group getaways. Please note that the pool cannot be heated.



The Space:

This single-story Mid-Century Modern home features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The primary suite offers a king bed with a private en-suite bathroom, while the two additional bedrooms each have queen beds and share a bathroom. An additional bathroom is located near the home gym for guest use.



The home offers an open living and dining space with a chef’s kitchen and bar seating, a private movie theater, and a gym with access to the pool. Outside, enjoy the pool, fire pit lounge, and BBQ area with outdoor seating, perfect for relaxing evenings and family gatherings.



Guest Access:

Guest will have access to the entire home except the garage.



The Neighborhood:

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the hills of Studio City, the home offers a peaceful and private setting while still being close to many of Los Angeles’ most popular attractions. Universal Studios Hollywood is just a 10-minute drive away, along with the restaurants, cafés, and shops along Ventura Boulevard. The area is known for its tranquil residential feel while providing convenient access to Hollywood, Beverly Hills, and the rest of Los Angeles.



Getting Around:

We recommend having a car to fully explore Los Angeles and enjoy the surrounding neighborhoods. The home offers convenient driveway parking for guests. Ride-share services such as Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area and provide an easy alternative for getting around.



Other Things to Note:

House Rules:



No parties, loud music, or gatherings of more than 6 people are allowed. Noise must remain at a reasonable level, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, to respect our neighbors. Any complaints or disruptions will result in immediate eviction.



The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Any gathering of more than 6 people must be cleared with us in advance.



A security deposit may be required for some bookings. PLEASE NOTE that the pool cannot be heated.



Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis, with a $90 per day charge. Smoking is prohibited indoors; a $250 fine will apply for indoor smoking.



Charges apply for stained or ruined towels ($35 each), sheets or duvet covers ($200), or excessive cleaning ($200).



Guests must be honest when providing booking information. False details may result in eviction without a refund. Non-compliance with these rules or complaints from neighbors will also lead to eviction.



Report any damages upon check-in to avoid charges. We’re understanding about accidents—just let us know, and we’ll work with you.



Interaction with Guests:

The house offers self check-in, and you will receive your check-in instructions one day before your arrival, at 4:00 PM (PST).
