Photography & Filming

- Photography or commercial filming requires prior approval and may be subject to an additional fee.


ADDITIONAL RULES:

- No parties, events, or excessive noise. Please respect our neighbors at all times.

- Exterior security cameras are installed to monitor guest occupancy and the exterior of the property. Unauthorized parties, unregistered guests, or violations of our house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund. Law enforcement and/or private security may be contacted if necessary.

- Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home, including cigarettes, cannabis, and e-cigarettes. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for any evidence of indoor smoking.

- Please do not rearrange furniture. If furniture is moved, kindly return it to its original location before checkout.

- The cleaning fee covers standard turnover cleaning only. If the home requires excessive cleaning due to its condition, an additional deep-cleaning fee of up to $300 may apply.

- Unauthorized parties or events will result in an additional $1,000 fee and may lead to immediate cancellation of your stay.

- Please do not flush wipes, paper towels, feminine hygiene products, or other non-flushable items down the toilet.

- Small events may be permitted with prior written approval and are priced separately from overnight stays.

- Pets are welcome with prior approval. The pet fee is $50 per pet, per stay.

- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please avoid loud music and outdoor conversations during these hours out of courtesy for our neighbors.
