The Space:

Tilden is a fully renovated 3-bedroom, 3 full bathroom home where every detail has been considered. Each bedroom features a queen bed with quality linens, white noise machine, and earplugs for a genuinely restful night’s sleep.



The designer kitchen is a standout — high-end cabinetry, porcelain slab countertops, and premium appliances that make everything from a quiet breakfast to a dinner party feel effortless.



All three bathrooms are finished to boutique hotel standard — clean lines, high-end hardware, and spa-like finishes throughout.



Outside, your private heated pool and BBQ await — made for long, golden LA afternoons. Lush turf yards front and back complete your own private outdoor oasis.



Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire home and all its spaces — the living areas, kitchen, all three bedrooms and bathrooms, backyard pool, BBQ, and both turf yards. This is your home for the duration of your stay and we want you to enjoy every corner of it.



Other Things to Note:

The home is equipped with an ADT security system and exterior cameras for everyone’s peace and safety — cameras are outdoors only and do not monitor any interior spaces. An in-unit washer and dryer are available for use throughout your stay.

We take great pride in this home and ask that all guests respect it as such. Please note that we have a strict no parties and no smoking policy on the entire property.
