Cumple muy básicamente y es caro para ese nivel
El hotel está descuidado, hay personas que cocinan alimentos y abren la puerta del cuarto y todo el piso se huele a ellos. El desayuno prácticamente no existe. La cama rechina y cada movimiento qué haces despiertas a tú pareja. Es bastante molesto.

Excelente servicio
Mi reservación era para 4 cuartos con doble cama matrimonial, es decir un total de 8 camas. Hubo un error de asignación de cuartos y lo resolvieron dándome 8 cuartos de una cama queen. La Atención en el front desk fue excelente Nina y Mayra fueron muy atentas y serviciales.

There were frequently unhoused and guests who lingered outside most of which were loud. The only time you would see the front desk manned was when someone was checking in and even then I had checked in I had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. The building is dark and dungeonous and the room was sparce having only two towels and a bar of soap and had smears on the wall. Had I known the location was bad and the room looked like a rundown motel I would have rebooked somewhere else.

Manager offered upgrade staff was friendly, great start. The breakfast was sad, basically coffee and granola bars. Asked for extra blanket as blankets are thin, they were out of clean blankets according to front desk. Overall good for the price. I came back again the next week for work. Same manager, I asked for the room price, and he waited a price significantly different than online. When I told him this he just said book online. He said to wait 10 minutes so I waited 15 minutes and asked if I could please check in. I showed him the reservation and he said I booked the extended stay down the street. He then was sorry and next time ask for him so he could accommodate me. The nice surprise is that the extended stay down the street is much cleaner and updated so will stay there when I need a hotel in the area.

Liked the availability of a wakeup call in the AM and friendly front desk personnel. Didn't like the absence of the room we booked, but we were upgraded for a discount by the front desk staff without a problem. Freeway noise could be a problem at night, as it is adjacent to the hotel. The microwave didn't work.

The hotel was not very clean. The elevator was extremely dirty. The hallways were dirty also. The rooms were older & had a weird smell to them. The bathroom just stunk. It smelled like mildew. There was not a coffee machine in the room. It had a kitchen with everything except coffee. The area it was in was nice. Check in took a very long time and the person working gave me the wrong room key then questioned how I ended up with it. Only because we had to come back to give show ID of the person staying with me did we realize the mistake. If we would have gone directly to the room I would have walked in on someone else’s room. It was a quick stay so glad I didn’t have to stay there long. The price was decent but not great considering what you get.

I was provided a room that was unclean. I ultimately stayed after traveling four hours to the property. The linens, bed pillows all smelled of mildew (and human musk), the stovetop burners were soiled, and there was food leftover in the refrigerator from presumably the previous occupants. The latter two points were brought to the attention of the front desk. Not sure though if it was/will be ever addressed. This experienced at an Extended Stay hotel was shocking given my previous experience in San Carlos, California. I will not be staying at this location ever.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Neighborhood is quiet even by freeway. Staff has always been friendly and helpful … but no trash cans. What’s with that? Otherwise, a good value for the money.
