Muy buen hotel
La verdad me pareció muy bien el hotel para el precio, todo limpio, buena atención, desayuno justo, recomendaría agregar algo muy sencillo como huevos revueltos, sin embargo eso no le quita la calidad del lugar y servicio, buen parqueo y seguro, en zona tranquila(difícil en LA). Volvería sin ningún problema y lo recomiendo

Todo estuvo perfecto. El desayuno muy completo, los cuartos tal como te los presentan, camas cómodas, muy tecnológico el hotel. Servicio amigable. Verdaderamente excelente opción. No tengo ninguna queja

Terrible desayuno y de paso me bloqueó la llave para poder ingresar a mi habitación después del desayuno, sólo había reservado 1 noche pero el check up es a las 12 pm y subo a mi habitación a las 10:30 y no podía habrir voy al front desk y me dicen qué ya solo una noche había reservado y 15 minutos más tarde mandan a house keeping abrir.

Estubo bien la estancia , solo que el ultimo dia , olvide mis anillos en el buro y no me di cuentra otro dia hable al hotel y solo me dijieron que no les habian entragado nada y que el nombre de mi esposo y yo no apareciamos que nos habiamos hospedado se me hizo una falta y poco servicio por lo😔😪 ya no voy a recuperar mis anillos

El hotel es bueno en general, casi limpio (huele un poco a sucio). Solo tienen una política de pagar con una tarjeta al mismo nombre que la reservación, lo cual nos complico el pago. En general la relación servicio/precio adecuadas

El hotel cumplió con nuestras expectativas, el personal muy amable, todo limpio, el desayuno me pareció basto, además un tipo coffee break todo el día, microondas disponible, refrigerador en las habitaciones, todo excelente, sin duda regresaría. Somos una familia que fuimos de vacaciones a conocer Los Angeles, rentamos un auto y la verdad sin problemas nos movimos a Disney, Santa Mónica, Hollywood, y todos los lugares turísticos y regresábamos al Hotel y nos sentíamos en casa. Excelente todo, principalmente la atención. El personal no habla español, pero son súper pacientes y te apoyan al 100!! . El desayuno es como todos los desayunos de este tipo de hotel, muy básico, pero aun así tienen cositas extra que hacen la diferencia, obviamente es lo mismo todos los días… si tu estancia es larga, puedes comprar cosas para complementar lo que te dan ahí. Zona tranquila a 30-40 min de todo, estacionamiento seguro. Regresaría y lo recomiendo ampliamente.

estupendo hotel para viajes cortos.
El hotel es un hotel modesto fuera de todo lujo. Ideal para viajes a donde uno solo llega a dormir. Las habitaciones son limpias y las camas deliciosas, que para mi es lo importante. Agradezco la buena atencion. Los desayunos incluidos nos toco en fin de semana basto. Dan huevo duro como proteína leches avena pan de dulce etc. Para llevar o desayunar en la habitación. Es basto y uno es libre de tomar lo q guste. Entre semana cambia poquito. Sin embargo es un desayuno basto. Estuvimos muy cómodas y sobre todo bien ubicado hay un costco muy cerca. Esta el outlet citadel a 15 min. Realmente fácil para llegar a cualquier lado en coche. Un plus es q no cobren por el estacionamiento. De haber sabido hubiera sido nuestra primera opción un mes antes que tuve q viajar a los Angeles por negocio. Este hotel sera siempre mi primera opción. Cuando vaya a los Angeles. Muy recomendable.

I really enjoyed my stay , the area was super quiet . The locks on the door gave me some sense of security. Everything was super neat and clean . The staff was super sweet and attentive.

It seems like some poor communication at this hotel. I requested late check out and housekeeping interrupted me on 3 occasions to the point that I just wrapped up my virtual meeting and left
