Excelente servicio de todos los empleados, especialmente la camarista, subgerente y gerente, que nos apoyaron con todas nuestras necesidades. Muy buen hotel. Hemos estado varias veces y seguiremos viniendo. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo de Hilton Glendale.

Muy limpio y cómodo, céntrico en Glendale. El check in muy rapido. El check out es a las 12. Se paga extra por desayuno y $23 por parqueo diario. No me gusto que mis vecinos de cuarto tenían un perro en su habitación. Las puertas hacen ruido fuerte al cerrar

Las camas dobles eran bastante pequeñas. Dos adultos duermen muy justos, algo apretados. Y luego, aunque imagino que será algo anecdótico, el water de nuestra habitación se desbordó de agua el primer día, tardaron algo más de lo previsto en venir a limpiarlo.

I would not recommend this hotel. The staff is not accommodating at all. After a long 8 hour drive, I requested a quiet room. So the hotel staff put me right in front of the ice machine. When I went back to ask her if she could change my room, I was told that I would have to pay an upgrade to move to a different room, I also spoke with the manager who reiterated the same thing. Mind you, I paid $278 for the room for one night, They were not accommodating whatsoever. The room was old and worn. The bathroom had hair in (not mine). The tub was stained and looked dirty. It definitely needs a complete remodel and a good scrub down.

We had a great stay, used nearly every feature of the room: the iron and ironing board and mini fridge were more than satisfactory, loved that most of the lights in the room dimmed easily. The staff was very helpful when we needed help with more towels and a plunger. My only constructive feedback is that the hair dryer was not very hot/powerful so it took 3x longer than it usually does to blowdry my hair!

My stay at the hotel was generally satisfactory. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff seemed friendly and helpful. However, my experience was marred by a strike by employees that occurred on my second day. While I acknowledge the employees' right to strike, the lack of measures by the hotel to mitigate the impact on guests was disappointing. The noise and uncomfortable atmosphere in the lobby made our stay less enjoyable. I believe the hotel should have taken steps to ensure that guests were not affected by this situation, such as providing alternative quiet areas or clearly communicating the situation to guests in advance. Overall, while the hotel itself was fine, I would expect better handling of such circumstances by the staff in the future.
