This house was excellent! There was everything we needed for a comfortable stay with our large family. The gym in the garage was an great touch for my husband and my son! And having 3 bathrooms was perfect for all the teenagers getting ready for the day. From what we could tell, there was not much we would do in the neighborhood itself. But it was a close drive to universal studios, and Hollywood and the beach.

It was lovely! Beautiful and clean. Spacious and HUGE bathrooms and bedrooms. The master bathtub was the best. Hottub was clean and warm and didnt have a weird smell like other ones do. Crystal clear. Easy to check in and check out was a dream. Host was very responsive and quick. Will so stay again if in the area!

The house was as pictured; quaint, cozy, and fit 8 well. Backyard was good for our dog who had plenty of space to roam. Agree with other guest review that the house is in an iffy neighborhood; we’d see homeless people walking by and odd characters outside occasionally or hear sirens late at night, definitely not an area I’d recommend walking to anything local outside even though there are lots of food and stores close by. I also had to initiate messages for check in and check out instructions on the day ofs after not receiving anything, not a big deal but usually I get them in advance from hosts. Note that although there is a washer/dryer, there is no detergent so you have to bring or buy your own if you plan to use it. Didn’t use the jacuzzi out of fear from the previous review. We stayed to go to Universal and on the plus side it was a convenient 15 min drive away.

Our stay at this VRBO, while spacious enough for seven, was highly disappointing due to significant cleanliness issues. The floors were noticeably dirty, turning our white socks black. Far more concerning, however, was the severe hot tub folliculitis our children contracted after using the hot tub. This bacterial rash, confirmed by a doctor, not only ruined their pre-booked swim camp (forcing us to pay for a last-minute replacement) but also received no acknowledgment or response from the host when I reported it. Four weeks later, the rash persists, and the host has yet to respond.

Trip to Universal Studios

We booked the property for it’s location to Universal Studios and it excepted pets. Everyone was very pleased with property. Looked even better in person. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this property. Absolutely beautiful property.

From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property was exactly as described—beautiful, spotless, and thoughtfully designed with all the comforts of home. The attention to detail truly made the space feel welcoming, from the cozy linens to the well-stocked kitchen and charming decor.The host was incredibly responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. They provided clear instructions, great local recommendations, and made sure we had everything we needed. Perfect location, Great for families

We were traveling with a party of 7. 5 adults and 2 kids. The house had plenty of room for everyone to have their own space and a great common area for meals and gathering. We found all the conveniences we needed. On site amenities were useful and fun! Location was convenient for travel to lots of places. We went to Universal, Griffith Observatory and even La Brea.

Great place

Such a great place to stay! The bedrooms are extremely spacious and this was very nice for our large group, which included children. We had some issues with the door lock, but we received a prompt response and the issue was resolved. I would stay here again.
