The space
The Experience at Le Velours Déco
Imagine waking up slowly in a plush, velvet-lined room, sunlight filtering through the windows and catching the deep tones of the space. The atmosphere is calm, quiet—there’s a softness to everything, from the textures to the lighting, that makes it hard to rush out the door.
You ease into the morning—maybe coffee in hand—settling into the couch as the city starts to wake up around you. The space feels curated, intentional… like you’re staying somewhere that was designed, not just furnished.
As the day unfolds, everything is right outside. A short walk and you’re at the shoreline—ocean air, palm trees, that effortless Long Beach energy. You can stroll to Shoreline Village, grab lunch nearby, or hop on a scooter and be at the Convention Center or The Pike in minutes.
Come back in the afternoon and the mood shifts. The lighting softens, the tones deepen, and the space takes on that signature Velours Déco glow—a little moody, a little romantic, effortlessly elevated. It’s the kind of place where a night in feels just as good as going out.
Throw on a playlist, sink into the couch, pour a drink… or step back out into East Village and you’re instantly surrounded by restaurants, bars, and nightlife.
At the end of the night, you return to a space that feels private, styled, and completely your own—slide into bed, unwind, and reset.
Stay in one of Long Beach’s most vibrant and walkable neighborhoods—surrounded by cafés, restaurants, galleries, and nightlife.

Apartment was very cute loved the decor. Location was perfect for our trip, close to the convention center, beaches and resturants. Neighbors were very nice and helpful with information. Parking was a bit of a hassle, there was limited street parking. Luckily a neighbors suggested the pay to park lot 2 blocks down.
