La habitación es muy amplia y funcional. El equipamiento de la cocina permite disfrutar mucho de la estancia. Excelentes amenidades en la habitación. El desayuno incluido es Continental. El servicio del personal es espectacular (incluso hasta una persona de recepción nos ayudó con la limpieza de la habitación un día en que por saturación no la hicieron). La ubicación del hotel es excelente. El estacionamiento es muy cómodo. Las amenidades ofrecidas, como refrescos, helados y paletas resultan muy útiles.

Tenia muchas expectativas para este lugar. Lamentablemente me lleve algunas decepciones. La ubicacion es excelente. El desayuno muy completo y la atencion del personal muy amable. Sin embargo llegamos de noche y la persona a cargo parecia no manejar nada en cuanto a las reservaciones. Me dio una habitación equivocada y demoró mucho en hacer el check in. El hotel en sí es antiguo. Las sabanas tenian manchas y una de las camas estaba rota. No eran muy comodas, el sofacama estaba en bastante mal estado. Pese a lo anterior, el personal es muy amable y tienes free snacks todo el dia. Eso es ideal para los niños.

Excelente atención, comodidad y ubicación. Lástima que falta aseo especialmente en las áreas comunes. Para acceder al hotel hay que hacerlo subiendo una escalera lo cual no es muy cómodo al subir y bajar las maletas. No cuenta con ascensor para subir cómodamente las maletas al segundo piso.

Es un hotel incredible, la atención con los niños es muy espectacular son los consentidos, la habitación grande, camas y almuadas excelente. Definitivamente me quedaría nuevamente aquí en otra oportunidad.

Walking distance to many locations of interest.
Enjoyed the hotels amenities and special touches that was just fun and unusual that you would not get in other place. The staff accommodated every need with amazing enthusiasm. First class customer service. The room definitely needs updating and could have been cleaner but over all the stay was fun. I could see when doors were open that some room remodeling had been done and I hope they get to the room we stayed in soon for future guest.

My only complaint about this hotel is the room we checked into was very ran down. Floors were scratched up walls were dirty and the sink was stopped up. They knew the sink was stopped up because a plumber showed up while we were there he was unable to fix the sink so we were moved to the exact same make and model room and it was an excellent condition. So why did you give us the ran down room from the start. Other than that customer service amenities the staff the people the comfort was the best I've ever experienced in my 47 years of life. From Seattle to California to Las Vegas this is the best hotel I ever stayed at I just wish they would have gave us the nicer room from the beginning.

What can I say? The magic castle hotel was a perfect little oasis. In the middle of Hollywood! The staff were simply amazing and helpful at any time of the day or night. It was a great place for families, as well as for couples.

We will definitely stay here again. Both Nicks at the front desk were outstanding and made our day of travel delays and stress melt away. The free snacks were a lifesaver, the room was small but clean and adequate, and although the shower in our room was pretty wonky the hospitality made up for it in spades.

We really enjoyed staying here. The kids loved the free snacks, ice creams and drinks. Breakfast was good too. The room was spacious. Decor a bit old and there was a lot of street noise.

We loved our stay at the magic castle. The kids loved the snacks and the popsicle hotline. The magician at breakfast was wonderful. All the staff were extremely helpful. Room was large and quiet. Hopefully will return one day.

This is n a convenient location and the staff is very nice. The rooms are large and beds are comfortable.However, the bathroom was runned down, shower barely a drizzle and filled with mold and in need of renovation. We couldn’t wash our hair the whole vacation because the shower head and pressure was too poor. It is extremely loud with cars literally drag racing on the street outside at night and traffic sounds all night. The views out the windows were of runned down fences and shacks. Stairs to room are narrow and smelled like urine. Lighting is poor with many bulbs burned out. Overall it is like staying at an old, stark apartment with a dirty bathroom you don’t really want to use.

Nettes, großes Zimmer mit Küche, Esstisch und Sofa. Leider hatte ich einen Fehler gemacht und Zimmer für 4 Erwachsene mit nur einem Schlafzimmer gebucht. So mussten die Kinder (20 23 J. alt) auf der Coach schlafen, was wirklich eine Zumutung war. Diese war klein und hatte ihre besten Jahre auch schon hinter sich. Hätte als Schlafgelegenheit für 2 Erwachsene gar nicht angeboten werden dürfen! Küchenausstattung mangelhaft: keine Kaffeetassen, keine Messer (nur 1 großes Fleischermesser) usw. gehört einmal überprüft und ergänzt. Es gab superleckeres gratis Softeis und gratis alkoholfreie Getränke (somit auch Wasser!), sowie gratis Wäscheservice und gratis Snacks wie Schokoriegel, Chips usw. … wirklich ein netter Service, den wir sehr genossen haben. Leider war das Frühstück das schlechteste auf unserer 3wöchigen Reise (mit 15 Hotels!), da es nur Süßes gab und auch nichts Warmes: so konnte man nur Toast mit Butter essen – Mahlzeit! Auch gab es nur 3 Tische, scheinbar haben die anderen Gäste gar nichts gefrühstückt (kein Wunder) oder es auf das Zimmer genommen. Aber der Kaffee (aus einer großen Kaffeemaschine) beim Frühstück war wirklich sehr, sehr gut! Das Personal war besonders freundlich und hilfsbereit, auch bei Essensbestellungen. Die Lage des Hotels ist einmalig, in 5 Minuten ist man am Hollywood Boulevard. Deswegen, abgesehen vom Frühstück (am besten etwas selbst kaufen und zum Frühstück mitnehmen) sehr zu empfehlen!

Lovely stay, great staff very friendly. Free laundry service which was invaluable for us and the bonus of breakfast included, coffee on tap 24/7 & free snacks, chocolate & ice cream. What’s not to like! Bed was comfortable too.

Only stayed for one night so can’t give a truly accurate description. The staff and location are the only things worthy of a positive mention here as the place is old- very old and on a busy road so noisy too so choose your room carefully.
